Missing return label
I recently bought something from this company and was bummed to see my order didn't come with a return label. I tried contacting customer service a few times to ask about it, but they totally ignored me. It's frustrating to deal with this lack of customer service, especially when you're paying good money for their stuff.

Two necklaces
I snagged two necklaces from this store, one for me and one for someone else. Man, they arrived quicker than I expected and the packaging was top-notch. When I opened them up, the necklaces were stunning - so shiny and pretty! They were in mint condition and it just made me super happy. I really dig the quality and the way this company operates.

I bought some Gerber stuff not too long ago, trying to expand my collection since I already have a few of their things. But man, I was let down by the customer service or lack thereof when I tried to call and ask about my order. It's just so annoying when a company is all about taking your money, but then drops the ball when you need help or have questions. This whole thing has really put me off and now I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick with this brand moving forward.

The live chat support on this website is awesome! Whenever I have a question or problem, the live chat is there to help with super friendly reps. I had to contact them after hours once and even though I had to leave a message, they got back to me quickly and sorted out my issue right away. The level of customer service through the live chat totally blew me away, it was way better than I expected.
