New shoes ruined after one wash
I can't believe how cheaply made these shoes are! I only wore them once, washed them, and a hole showed up. The hole just kept getting bigger and now they're totally unwearable. I'm so let down by the quality, definitely not worth the money.
Customized shoes for grandchild
I bought some custom shoes for my grandkid from your site not long ago and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with the whole thing. The service I got wasn't great at all and they didn't really wanna hear me out when I mentioned that the shoes were way too small for my grandchild. I just wish they paid more attention to stuff like that and showed more care for their customers.
Recent shoe purchase
I just bought some shoes from the store but oops, I put in the wrong shipping address by mistake. I quickly reached out to customer service right after I made the payment, but I was bummed when they said they couldn't fix the address. I've worked in online shopping before and I know this kind of thing happens all the time and can be fixed easily. I found it kinda surprising that a big company like this wouldn't care more about making their customers happy and fixing a simple problem like this.
Shoes and socks deal
I recently went to the store at Paradise Centre and ended up spending $200 on a new pair of shoes and a 2 packs of socks deal that the salesman suggested. But, when I got home and tried on one pack of the socks, they were way too big and didn't fit me. So, a few days later, I headed back to the store with the other pack to exchange them for the right size. Sadly, the same salesman who sold them to me refused to help because I didn't have the receipt. Even though I showed him the email confirmation from Vans, he said they clear their system weekly and couldn't find my purchase. I have to say, that kind of customer service is just shameful and really let me down. I won't be going back to that store, and I'll definitely be telling others to steer clear as well.
Shoes falling apart
I just got these shoes from the store not too long ago and already, after I only wore them inside casually for a few months, the bottoms and the heels just totally fell apart. I contacted customer service to try and make a warranty claim, but they told me that this is just how the shoes are made and they can't help me. I am super let down by how bad the shoes are and how little the company is willing to help me out.
Shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes, but I got the wrong size. I tried contacting customer service to see if I re-order, will they send the right size or if someone can help me out. I never got a response, and I doubt I will. No service at all. This whole thing has made me wish I didn't buy those shoes.
Sneakers for active sports
I just got myself a new pair of sneakers for when I'm all active and stuff, and let me tell you, I'm super impressed with how good they are! These babies are just perfect for skateboarding or biking. They're super comfy, and the sole gives just the right amount of support - not too firm, not too squishy. And get this, they're super durable too! I put them through some really tough tests, but couldn't even come close to wrecking them.

I just bought a pair of shoes from the store's website, eh? But guess what, when they delivered it, they sent it to the wrong address by mistake. I tried to fix it and get them to send it to the right place, but the driver kept going to the wrong spot again and again. I even contacted customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and said they couldn't give me a refund since the package was delivered. This whole thing has really ticked me off and I'm not happy with the service at all, you know?

I went to that store and had a really bad experience. The service was not good at all. They said they would call me but they didn't, never said sorry for the mess-up, and wouldn't even talk to their bosses about my problem. It seems like they don't care about their customers, don't keep their promises, and don't fix any issues. I wouldn't tell anyone to go to that store because the service is really bad and the staff isn't helpful at all. I'm still waiting to hear back from them and it's been a pain dealing with this company.
Old Skool Vans shoes
I bought a pair of Old Skool Vans recently, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with them. The design is classic and goes well with lots of different outfits. The price is fair considering how popular Vans is and how well-made the shoes are. I can tell they put a lot of care into making them. They're pretty comfy too, although it might depend on the style you get. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would suggest Vans to anyone looking for cool and durable shoes.

My time on the website was so frustrating. It was obvious that it couldn't handle online payments properly because I had so many problems trying to buy something. It was annoying and took forever, and it made me wonder if the business was even legit. I'd tell anyone to stay away from that site to save yourself from a headache.
