I got this big coffee press and it's awesome. Like, it keeps my coffee hot for so long and I don't have to deal with those yucky coffee grounds floating in my cup. The only thing that bugs me is that it sometimes spills a little when I'm pouring it. It's not a major issue, but it's a bit annoying. It seems like the coffee is leaking from under the lid and running down the side of the pot.

I can't believe how cheaply made these shoes are! I only wore them once, washed them, and a hole showed up. The hole just kept getting bigger and now they're totally unwearable. I'm so let down by the quality, definitely not worth the money.

I just got a stand-up paddleboard from FreeinSUP and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about it. It keeps deflating after just a few times using it, even though I'm doing everything by the book when it comes to inflating and taking care of it. Plus, the material of the board feels really flimsy and like it could get punctured easily. When I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, they weren't very useful and didn't seem to care much about my problem. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you want a sturdy and reliable inflatable paddleboard.

Bought this new watch (quartz divers) and it was losing time right from the start. Tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but got zero response. Bought it on sale so couldn't return it and get a refund. Ended up having to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix the poor quality quartz movement. They may have good marketing, but their service is really lacking.

I'm really bummed about my new e-reader purchase. It works fine and all, but it's missing two key features that are really important to me. First off, it's a pain that I can't wirelessly add my own epub books to the device. I like having all my books at my fingertips without messing around with cords or extra steps. On top of that, I was let down to find out I can't easily save my notes and highlights. I love going back and organizing my thoughts while I read, so not being able to do that really gets in the way of my reading flow.

Their fast and dedicated response really impressed me. The customer service at Evermine definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

So yeah, I bought three pairs of shoes, all supposed to be the same style and size. But turns out, they were all cut differently. One pair was way too big, another was too small, and only one actually fit right. It's pretty obvious there's a problem with the quality control at that company. And on top of that, I only got two pairs out of the three I ordered. Dealing with customer service to fix the mix-up was a total nightmare.

They went ahead with my order without even checking with me first, which is so not cool. I thought of going elsewhere, but then I got an email saying the purchase went through! I phoned them and they initially said they'd refund me, but later changed their minds and said no way, no refund for you. They are a bunch of dishonest liars!

I tried to buy a camera rig accessory from this company, but I had trouble getting it shipped to my APO AE address. The customer service I got was not great, and I had to deal with a lot of back-and-forth for 48 hours trying to figure things out. The refund process was also not easy. I was really disappointed because the product looked great, but I couldn't buy it because of the shipping issue.

I really love getting games from Humble Bundle, eh! The discounts are amazing, plus it's awesome that some of the money goes to charity. I've been buying from them for a long time and I've always been happy with what I got. They have so many different games in each bundle, it's always fun to see what's in there.
