Review about: Rakuten Kobo
E-reader purchase disappointment
I'm really bummed about my new e-reader purchase. It works fine and all, but it's missing two key features that are really important to me. First off, it's a pain that I can't wirelessly add my own epub books to the device. I like having all my books at my fingertips without messing around with cords or extra steps. On top of that, I was let down to find out I can't easily save my notes and highlights. I love going back and organizing my thoughts while I read, so not being able to do that really gets in the way of my reading flow.

order mix-up, great customer service
So, I ordered from Evermine and it got mixed up, which was a bummer since I needed it on the same day. Instead of the right item, they sent the wrong one. I didn't want to waste any time, so I reached out to their customer service right away for some help. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently they dealt with the issue. The person I talked to was really understanding and sorry for the mix-up. They quickly fixed everything by arranging for my correct items to be sent out via next day delivery. Their fast and dedicated response really impressed me. The customer service at Evermine definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

Red Light Mask Purchase
After checking out a bunch of info about those red light masks that help make collagen, I decided to buy one. At first, I wasn't sure if it would actually work, but I thought, why not give it a shot? I'm all about trying different things to keep my skin looking young. So, I used the red light mask four times in a week, and I was pretty surprised by how much better my skin looked. It made my face seem firmer and more youthful, and even helped with some of those pesky sun spots. I was really impressed with the results after just one week of using it, and I was happy I went ahead and got it, especially since I could use my FSA for it. Now, I'm excited to see how it works on my neck, hands, and scalp - I have total faith in it. Overall, I'm super impressed with this product, it totally exceeded my expectations.

Bad purchase
They went ahead with my order without even checking with me first, which is so not cool. I thought of going elsewhere, but then I got an email saying the purchase went through! I phoned them and they initially said they'd refund me, but later changed their minds and said no way, no refund for you. They are a bunch of dishonest liars!
