Navy Seal 3601
I recently bought the Navy Seal 3601 from Luminox after a not-so-great experience with one of their watches back in 2007. That old watch couldn't keep time for the life of it, always messing up with the slightest movement of my wrist. It really turned me off the brand. But, after hearing some good things about the Navy Seal 3601 and finding out about fake watches being a problem, I thought, why not give Luminox another shot. And you know what? I'm actually pretty impressed with this new watch. It feels solid and well put together, and it actually tells time correctly! I'm pleased with my purchase and it's nice to see Luminox step up their game.
Birthday gift - Pazific diver
I recently got this really nice Pazific diver watch as a birthday present, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how it looks. The sleek and stylish design totally caught my attention right away, and I just knew it was the perfect gift for me. But I wanted to switch things up a bit and try a different strap to give my watch a new vibe. So I reached out to Customer Care for some help, and I was so happy to see that they had so many different straps to choose from. The person I talked to was super helpful and walked me through picking out a new strap. The options they had were seriously awesome, and I found the perfect one to go with my watch.
Luminox Pacific diver watch
I just got the Luminox Pacific diver watch and I gotta say, it's a really well-made watch. The quality and design are top-notch, with lots of attention to detail in every part of it. The only small thing is I wish they put some Lume paint on the inner hourly markers so you can see them better in low light. But all in all, I'm really impressed with the watch and would definitely suggest it to anyone in need of a classy and dependable timepiece.
Pacific Diver watch with diving bezel
The Pacific Diver watch with diving bezel from Luminox is hands down the best watch I've ever bought. It's got a sleek and functional design that's great for diving or just wearing every day. The luminosity is top-notch, making it super easy to read even in low-light situations. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a solid watch.
Quality watch purchase
Picked up this amazing watch and I was so thrilled with it! Had to switch out the leather band after a couple of years, but that's totally normal. Unfortunately, the logo decided to take a dive inside the watch recently. Pretty bummed about how the manufacturer didn't really own up to the issue. Can't really vouch for their stuff now because of their lackluster response.
Overpriced watch that never arrived
I was so excited when I found a good deal on a watch that was on sale, but man was I mistaken. After waiting 17 days with no sight of my order, I finally decided to send an email. To my surprise, nobody got back to me until I had to involve PayPal. And what was their response? An email asking me to rate their service, how ironic. Their customer service was seriously lacking. They had the nerve to admit they couldn't fulfill my order due to lack of supplies. Seriously? Casio managed to deliver my G-Shock in just 2 days, yet they couldn't do the same. Luminox, you are a perfect example of poor company management and I will never, ever do business with you again.
Replacement watch
So, my Luminox Bear Grylls Rule of 3 watch kept crapping out on me four times in only 8 months. I was fed up. I contacted customer service and after some negotiating, they swapped it out for the newer Pacific Diver 3120 series. And let me tell you, this watch is a beauty! It looks amazing and has been keeping perfect time. Here's hoping it stays that way!
Dark illumination, poor return process
I got the watch pretty quickly after I ordered it, but the dark illumination is just awful. It's so hard to see the dial in low light, which is really disappointing. When I tried to return it for this reason, I followed the steps on the website to start the return process. But, I haven't heard anything back from them, even after a few days. The only way to reach customer service is through an online form, and all I got was a generic response saying they're too busy to help right now. It's super frustrating that they're not communicating or providing support, especially since the website says the watch must be returned within 14 days. How am I supposed to do that if they won't give me return instructions? Overall, I'm stuck with a watch I can't even use, feeling like the company is ignoring me and taking advantage.
Fogged up watch issue
I'm really disappointed with how the company has been handling my fogged up watch. I didn't like the first response I got, but now it's been over 3 days with no word at all. I paid a lot for this watch, so I was hoping for better customer service. This whole situation has been frustrating and has left me feeling really disappointed.
Battery replacement inquiry
I tried to reach out to them to get my watch battery replaced, and it's been 3 days with no response! Seriously, it's just a quick question about the cost, why can't they take a moment to reply? I've spent a good chunk of change on their products, they should at least have the decency to respond to me. I am not impressed with their customer service at all.
Broken watch
I bought this watch online, eh, and when I got it, it was broken! Oh man, I was so disappointed because I was really excited to use it, ya know? I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. I wish I had read the reviews before buying it, what a waste of money, eh.
Incorrect watch received
I bought a watch from the store, eh, and it was the wrong one! I tried contacting customer service to fix the problem, but all I got was a robotic email telling me to check out their returns page. I've messaged them a bunch more times, but no one's getting back to me. Plus, the watch they sent me by mistake seems cheaper and $100 less than the one I actually ordered.
Gifted Luminox 8802 Black Ops
So my wife gave me this Luminox 8802 Black Ops watch as a present, but man, within two years I had to get the clockwork fixed because it went wonky on me. And to make matters worse, the rubber strap snapped within the first two years too, and guess what? Warranty didn't cover it. When I went to the repair center, they offered me a new strap, but it cost me a pretty penny and it wasn't even the same as the original.
And then, after 3.5 years, I accidentally whacked the crown and had to replace both the crown and movement. I only wear it to the office, so I thought it would be sturdy, especially since it's associated with special forces. But man, Luminox Europe's customer service? Not good at all. I sent in two contact forms and an email, but didn't hear back for two whole weeks. Seems like they don't want to talk about the durability issues.
