I got the watch pretty quickly after I ordered it, but the dark illumination is just awful. It's so hard to see the dial in low light, which is really disappointing. When I tried to return it for this reason, I followed the steps on the website to start the return process. But, I haven't heard anything back from them, even after a few days. The only way to reach customer service is through an online form, and all I got was a generic response saying they're too busy to help right now. It's super frustrating that they're not communicating or providing support, especially since the website says the watch must be returned within 14 days. How am I supposed to do that if they won't give me return instructions? Overall, I'm stuck with a watch I can't even use, feeling like the company is ignoring me and taking advantage.

I was super pumped to get my order of Liniment Oléo-Calcaire, 900ml from PowerSanté, but when I opened the box, 3 out of the 6 bottles were open and had leaked everywhere! That's not cool at all. Plus, the box itself was all smashed up, so it was a real disaster. They really need to step up their game and use sturdier boxes for shipping and pack everything more securely. Those products have a long journey ahead of them, you know?
