Large order, customer service experience, returns policy
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my recent shopping experience. So I made a bit of a goof and accidentally placed a big order, but don't worry, the customer service team was super helpful and got me sorted out in no time. They really knew their stuff and helped me all the way through, making sure I got everything I needed. I was really impressed with how professional and efficient they were in fixing my problem.
Oh, and by the way, the dress I got was absolutely gorgeous and really well-made. But just a heads up for anyone else shopping there - make sure to read and understand the return policy so you don't run into any issues if you need to return or exchange something. I just bought a really pretty dress for my daughter from this company. The dress was super cute and made with really good quality materials, just like it showed in the picture. But we ended up getting the wrong size by mistake. Luckily, the company's website had really clear instructions on how to send things back. I reached out to customer service and got a quick response from a lady named Nina. She was so helpful and fixed the problem with the return right away, which I had missed. Nina's customer service was amazing and totally went above and beyond what I expected. I definitely recommend this company for their awesome customer service.

My experience with this company was actually pretty good, eh? The order process went smoothly and they shipped my order surprisingly fast, eh. However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer free returns, which would have made it even better, eh. But on the bright side, the customer service was top-notch. Gwen was amazing, she was so friendly and helpful in addressing all my concerns and finding solutions that worked for me, eh. I really appreciate it when companies go the extra mile to make their customers feel important, and Gwen definitely did that, eh. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and the service I received, eh.
Recent clothing purchase
I bought some clothes on this site not too long ago, but ran into a problem when I was trying to pay. It ended up charging me twice on two different payment apps for the same order. I got in touch with customer service for help, and Gwen was super helpful in sorting things out with the payment provider. It took a couple of weeks of emailing back and forth, but we finally got it all sorted. Even though I had to send back the dresses I bought because they didn't fit right, I was really impressed with the help I got from Gwen. She went above and beyond to help me out, and I really appreciate it.
Return assistance, exceptional customer service
I had such a great experience with the customer service rep, Tanya. Even though my return was late, she was so understanding and really went out of her way to help me. I was so thankful for her assistance, it made me feel even better about the brand. Plus, the Hello Molly clothes are so pretty and well-made. I'll for sure be coming back as a customer because of the amazing service I got.
Store credit instead of refund
I was so bummed out about my time at that store. I brought something back but instead of getting my money back, they gave me credit for their store. That's not what I wanted at all, I don't need store credit. I tried to get in touch with customer service a bunch of times but I never heard back. It's annoying to be kept in the dark like this.

My experience with the company was pretty good overall. Even though my first order didn't fit and the second was faulty, the customer service was really great. Bianca, the representative I dealt with, was nice, quick to respond, and helped me out a lot in fixing the issues I had.
Dress didn't fit
Marissa was awesome to deal with. She helped me find my order, gave me info on how to return the dress that didn't fit, and always replied quickly and nicely. I really appreciate all her help and communication throughout the whole process.

Oh my gosh, the staff at that store is so friendly! They helped me return my clothes really quickly and made it super easy. I also got to have a nice chat with Lisa and Gwen, they were really great!

Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this company and I just wanted to tell you about my experience. I got a few things, but had to send a couple back because they didn't fit right. It was a bummer to see how much they took out of my refund for the return fee. I do like being able to try things on at home before I make a decision, but the cost of sending stuff back was pretty high, almost three times what I paid for delivery. But one of the dresses I kept was really nice and fit perfectly, so that was a silver lining. I haven't had any problems with customer service yet, they've been quick to answer my questions. I'm hoping the return process goes smoothly now that we got past the first bumps.
So many pretty dresses
I bought a really nice dress for this fancy party, but it ended up being too big for me. When I went back to return it, the people there were super nice and helped me out, even though I only could get store credit. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends for sure.
Dress order issue
I just ordered three dresses in extra small from this company, but they didn't fit right. So I had to return all of them and ask for size small replacements. Plus, one of the dresses had a stuck zipper, which was pretty disappointing.
