SD card reader
Overall, I was pretty happy with my purchase. The price was fair, shipping didn't take too long, and the packaging was good. But, the problem came when I realized that the SD card slot wasn't working properly. No matter what card I tried, it just wouldn't stay in place and kept getting pushed out. It was a huge letdown because I couldn't use the product as I had planned. If it wasn't for this issue, I would have given a much better rating for sure.

I got an email from this website about a VAT free deal, but when I bought something, they didn't tell me I'd have to pay customs fees in Canada. When I asked for my money back, they said no and only gave me a voucher to buy more stuff from them with their rules. That's not right at all and totally dishonest.
