Headset return/refund process
I had to return a headset I bought because it didn't fit right. It was super easy, from starting the return to getting my money back. The shipping was quick, and the customer service team was amazing. They explained everything clearly and made sure I knew what was happening. I liked that they kept me in the loop on when the refund went through. All in all, I was really happy with their customer service.
Comfortable over-ear headphones
I've tested out a bunch of headphones from various brands like AirPods and JBL, but I thought I'd check these out after they were recommended in a YouTube video. I have trouble with my ears and jaw, so it's really important for me to find comfy headphones that won't give me headaches or earaches. The padding on these over-ear headphones is so cushy and cozy, I can wear them all day no problem. The battery life on these headphones is seriously amazing - I can wear them from 9-5 at work without stressing about them dying on me. Overall, I'd say these headphones are top-notch and the battery life is killer.
True disappointment in earbuds
After using these earbuds for a few years, I can honestly say they're not worth it. The quality is bad, the sound isn't great, and they keep falling out of your ears. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants a good pair of earbuds.
Wireless earbuds purchase
My wireless earbuds were working really well until they suddenly crapped out on me. I called customer service and they were able to fix the problem super fast. The earbuds are seriously amazing and the customer service was top-notch. I totally recommend this company for high-quality products at a reasonable price.

Left earbud protection
I lost one of my earbuds, but it's all good because I had protection for it. I work on a busy street with a lot of big trucks and stuff going on, and it gets pretty dark at night. The products I got are really awesome, and I'm totally pleased with them. Definitely a happy customer!
Return process assistance
I recently had a chance to deal with customer service from one of the folks at this company when I had to return something. Jordan was the one helping me out, and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, even though there were some weird shipping issues that were out of their hands. The thing I bought took way longer to get to me because of shipping delays, but Jordan kept me in the loop the whole time. He was always letting me know what was up and was super dedicated to fixing the problem. His hard work and how he handled everything was really impressive. It's not often you come across such amazing customer service, and Jordan's work definitely deserves some recognition. Raycon should be proud to have him as part of their team.
Earbuds replacement
A few weeks back, I bought some Raycon earbuds but they didn't show up. I contacted customer service and Jordan guided me through getting a replacement without any issues. It was awesome to experience such fantastic customer service.
Ear buds for work
I gotta be honest, I didn't have high hopes when I bought those earbuds for work, but man, was I pleasantly surprised by how good they sound! The sound quality is top-notch, with some serious bass that blew me away. Now, they're a must-have for me every single day. And can we talk about the battery life? It's seriously impressive - lasts all day and charges up super quick in just 10-15 minutes.

New wireless earbuds
These new wireless earbuds are amazing! The sound is so clear and the battery lasts a long time. I haven't really had any issues with them, but when I did have a couple of questions, the customer service team was really fast to help me out. It's nice to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers.
Christmas gift earbuds
I gotta say, the customer service from Raycon was top-notch. I had a problem with the earbuds I got as a Christmas gift, so I shot them an email. They got back to me really quickly, recognized my issue, and said they'd look into it and reply within 1-3 days. Even though I emailed them on a Friday night, I actually heard back when they said I would. We exchanged a few more emails to share info and answer some questions, and in the end, we found a solution that worked for both of us pretty fast. They were so easy to talk to, they got me, and they were super helpful. I was seriously impressed by how prompt and efficient they were in handling my issue, and now I'm totally satisfied with the end result. All in all, amazing customer service and a solid product!
Fitness headphones purchase
I bought these headphones for working out from a store in Canada. But after just 2 months, the power button crapped out on me. Luckily, the customer service folks were super nice and quick to send me a new pair for free. They did mess up and send the wrong ones at first, but they fixed it right away and covered the return shipping. I gotta say, I was really impressed with their service and I'll definitely be shopping there again.

I just got myself some fitness earbuds and I couldn't be happier with them. They showed up real quick, only took 4 days to get here, which was faster than I thought. The packaging was really good quality, kept everything safe during shipping. The case is small and looks nice, easy to carry around in your pocket. The earbuds are well-designed, fit nice and snug in your ears. The sound is amazing, clear and balanced whether I'm listening to classical, hip hop, or heavy metal.
Returned older model for new model
I bought some earbuds here, but I got the old version instead of the new one I wanted. I sent them back through Royal Mail and paid for the shipping, but they just sent me the same old ones again. When I contacted customer service by email, all I got were automated replies that made it seem like they weren't really listening to my problem. It was so frustrating and disappointing. I suggest that people steer clear of this company and buy a higher quality product instead of getting swayed by influencers' endorsements.
