I recently bought a lovely wreath from the company and I was pretty happy with it overall. But there were a couple of things that didn't go so smoothly. The wreath came in good shape, but a few little leaves fell off when I put it on my door. I was hoping for better quality since I paid a decent price for it, so that was kind of disappointing. Also, there was a mix-up with the shipping label that caused some confusion.

Oh gosh, the customer service at this store is a total mess. My delivery never showed up, and the proof of delivery they sent me doesn't even have the right address on it. When I reached out to them on their chat, they said they'd look into it and get back to me in 72 hours. But, it's been 96 hours now and I haven't heard a peep. After checking in, I found out they hadn't even started the investigation. They said they would now and give me an update in 72 hours, but once again, I got nothing after 96 hours. So, I emailed them for help and it's just been me repeating the same info over and over again. It's been over 2 weeks since my order should have arrived, and no one seems to be stepping up to sort things out.

I've been using my regular earbuds for so long now, eh. They've been through a lot - lost, stolen, even washed in the laundry, you know. Lately, the case started acting up, not staying charged or recognizing the earbuds properly. But hey, I'm not complaining, considering all the rough treatment they've endured. I ordered a new case and it just arrived today. Check out the old and new cases in this picture, eh. This really shows how awesome your product quality is. I've told more than 100 people about Raycon products, and every single one has been super happy with their purchase. Thanks a lot, Raycon, eh!

This company is seriously the worst. I bought something, and let me tell you, it was just terrible. When I tried to return it, the whole process was even worse. Never again, lesson learned, that's for sure.

The activewear I bought was really disappointing. After only a few washes, the sweaters and T-shirts shrunk and started getting all fuzzy. The colors faded fast, and everything ended up looking really cheap and worn-out. I was expecting much better quality for the price. I won't be buying from this brand again.

Eh so, I picked up this VPN Lifetime Subscription a few years back and it just expired. But get this - they had this deal that if you hit up support, they'll renew it for free after 5 years, pretty sweet, eh? So, I ended up having a chat with this dude James on the website and he renewed my subscription in like no time, only a few minutes. I was stoked 'cause I didn't wanna fork out for it again, haha.
