Activewear
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent time as a Lululemo resident. I hopped on that Black Friday sale train and made an order on November 28th, but my order has been stuck in "awaiting collection" mode ever since. To top it all off, the item I ordered is now out of stock. When I reached out to see what was up with my order, I got this condescending response from one of the "educators" telling me to pick a different item, and wouldn't you know it, the alternative was way more expensive than what I originally wanted. This whole situation feels fishy to me and has left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down by the brand.
$400 jacket
I spent a whopping $400 on a jacket that ended up being total junk. The quality was terrible and there was even a defect. I contacted them and they said they would send a return label in a few days, but it's been months and still nothing. It seems like they enjoy overcharging for lousy products and have no responsibility for fixing their mistakes. Save your money and shop somewhere else, folks.
Yoga leggings
I ain't ever gonna buy from this company again. Been stickin' with another activewear brand for ages, but thought I'd switch it up this time. But dang, the customer service was terrible. The person I chatted with was no help at all and kinda brushed me off, got me all worked up and feeling like nobody had my back. And don't even get me started on how painfully slow the delivery was to the UK. Ended up just bummed out by the whole shopping ordeal.
Comfortable high-quality athleisure wear
I gotta say, this place might not be the cheapest for athleisure wear, but you definitely get what you pay for. The clothes are super comfy and made from top-quality material. And can we talk about the brand name? It's so stylish. It feels like a total flex knowing you're decked out in this gear from head to toe.

I placed an order recently, expecting to get my stuff on time. But, turns out, the courier never even picked it up - lost in the sauce. So, I chatted with customer service online, got cut off after they promised a refund. But, here I am, still waiting on that email for the refund, and my order? Still says 'Shipped'. The lack of communication from them is a rip-off, seriously frustrating. I just want my money back for an order that never even made it out the door. It shouldn't be this hard.
Overpriced activewear
The activewear I bought was really disappointing. After only a few washes, the sweaters and T-shirts shrunk and started getting all fuzzy. The colors faded fast, and everything ended up looking really cheap and worn-out. I was expecting much better quality for the price. I won't be buying from this brand again.
Super cool workout clothes
Big shoutout to the amazing folks at the store in Vancouver, Toronto, and on the website, eh! They are seriously the best. Super friendly and helpful, always with a smile, and never pushy about buying stuff. They're always willing to exchange things if they don't fit or you change your mind. And let me tell ya, their clothes are top notch. I've tried out the workout gear, sweatshirts, and coats, and they're all fantastic!
License to train linerless shorts
I've been a loyal customer for nearly ten years, buying lots of stuff from this company. But man, my last purchase of those Linerless Shorts was a letdown. They started falling apart after just a few wears, and when I tried to get help from customer service, I got no response at all. For a company like this, that's just not cool.
