Online order
So, I just ordered something online and man, did things go south real quick. Like, I was waiting and waiting for this thing to show up, but nope - nothing was happening with my order for weeks. I finally got in touch with customer service, and get this - turns out there was a "system glitch" and they couldn't deliver my order at all. All they could offer was a refund, no product in sight. Plus, to top it all off, they wouldn't even stick to the sale prices I originally paid, so basically I got the short end of the stick. Honestly, the way they handled this whole situation just didn't sit right with me. So not cool, you know?
