The folks at that store took my money and told me my masks would arrive quickly, but it took them a whole 2 weeks to show up! When I messaged them to inquire about my order, all they did was give me some sorry excuse about the mail being slow. I don't buy that for a second!

It would be so much better if there was a way for users to just enter how many items they want to sponsor and have the deduction done automatically. Also, the lack of different rewards to choose from is kind of a letdown. It would be great if there were more options like shopping or entertainment vouchers for customers to pick from.
