I placed an order recently, expecting to get my stuff on time. But, turns out, the courier never even picked it up - lost in the sauce. So, I chatted with customer service online, got cut off after they promised a refund. But, here I am, still waiting on that email for the refund, and my order? Still says 'Shipped'. The lack of communication from them is a rip-off, seriously frustrating. I just want my money back for an order that never even made it out the door. It shouldn't be this hard.

After three years of trying to get answers from different advisors at this place, I feel let down and frustrated. I've spent a lot of money looking for advice on my personal stuff, but the advice has always been all over the place and hasn't really helped me. The readings haven't been accurate or consistent, making me doubt if the services are legit. Some predictions did come true sometimes, but the constant changing of stories just made me feel more stressed. It's tough to think that after all this time and money, I still don't have the answers I need. They keep talking about things like free will and shifting time frames, which just confuses me and disappoints me. In the end, I don't think the services here are good for someone like me who's genuinely looking for guidance.

The seller I dealt with on this site was just terrible. They said they were shipping from Canada, but actually, the item was coming from China and would take over a month to get here. When I asked about the delay, they didn't seem to care and just told me to relax. The tracking info they gave me was all over the place, showing that the package might not arrive until next year, long after I needed it for a Christmas present. Then they changed their mind and offered to send another item or give me a refund if it didn't show up in three days. I don't trust this offer at all and I'm pretty sure this seller is just going to keep lying to me.

My water bottle from this place is amazing! It keeps my water cold for hours and even in the sauna. Can you believe that? And their customer service is top-notch! They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's hard to find a company that actually cares about their customers' satisfaction.
