    Foldable Universal Screen Amplifiers

    This company is a total scam, so stay away! I made the mistake of ordering five foldable universal screen amplifiers from them and ended up never getting my stuff even after waiting for five weeks. They didn't give me any contact info like an address or phone number, and when I tried to find out about my order, they were nowhere to be found. All I got from them were automated emails saying my items were coming, but they never showed up. When I found out they were in Hong Kong, I knew I was scammed. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for your electronic gear.

    I was pretty frustrated at first when I got the wrong size ski jacket from Sunny Sports. But, I reached out to their customer service team and they fixed it right away. They're sending me the right size jacket with next day air shipping. I really appreciate how fast they dealt with the problem and how much they care about keeping customers happy.     I recently made a big purchase at Sunny Sports and was happy with what I got. But when I tried to buy another big item, I ran into a problem. Even though I explained that my billing address is a UPS mailbox for security reasons, they still wanted extra personal info that I felt was invasive. I thought it was unfair and showed a lack of trust towards me as a customer. Even after trying to talk it out and make things clear, they ended up canceling my order without a good reason. It caused me a lot of hassle and frustration.

    Used shoes purchase

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be brand new, but when they arrived, they were clearly used - scratches, dirt, and scuffs everywhere. When I contacted the company for help, they were not helpful at all and didn't offer any solutions to fix the problem. And to top it all off, I found the previous customer's order slip still in the box with all their personal info. This kind of carelessness is just not okay.

    Faulty jacket

    I bought this fancy jacket from Sunny Sports, but then the zipper broke after only a few times wearing it. I was really disappointed with the quality of the jacket and felt like I got totally ripped off. When I tried to return it, they gave me a hard time and said I had to contact the manufacturer myself.     I bought some outdoor boots from this store not too long ago. The website said there was free shipping for the boots, but when I went to pay, I still had to pay for shipping. I contacted customer service to ask about this and they asked for my order number, price, and delivery address to take off the shipping cost. But after I gave them all that, they said I couldn't get free shipping even though the ad said otherwise. I felt like they were being really dishonest and misleading. So, I decided to cancel my order.

    Shoe purchase with sizing issue

    Unfortunately, I wasn't too happy with the company. Their website was a bit of a mess, with links that didn't work and emails that went unanswered.     So, I wanted to share how it went down at Sunny Sports. Gotta say, their product range is quite impressive. But hey, fair warning to anyone thinking of ordering - be ready to wait a good month for your stuff to show up. Feels like they've got the slowest warehouse known to mankind! And forget trying to get a hold of them about your order - all you'll get is a "wait two more days" line, which is beyond annoying. Seems like they care more about pleasing their shareholders than their customers, judging by those 57% bad reviews. I get it now, why they've got that kind of rep.

    So, I got these 2 camp chairs, eh? But then I realized they were too short so I thought I'd swap them for different ones.     My time at Sunny Sports was amazing, eh! The folks there really knocked it out of the park with their customer service. They not only matched the price of a North Face backpack once, but twice. First, they matched it to another store's price. Then, they matched it to a sketchy website where I stumbled upon a crazy deal. Even though I had already bought the backpack, Sunny Sports still made sure I got the best deal possible. Their eagerness to help me out really shows how much they care about their customers. I can't recommend Sunny Sports enough for their top-notch service and dedication to making customers happy, eh!

    I found the coolest swim goggles and snorkel on the Sunny Sports website, and ordering them was a breeze! They arrived at my door really quickly, but then I realized they weren't exactly what I wanted. So I had to return them, and that's when things got a bit frustrating. They charged me $5 for some tax credit thing and then $13 for shipping, which ended up affecting the refund amount. I was so disappointed that I won't be buying anything from them again.     I was a bit unsure about ordering from this store at first because of some bad reviews, especially since my order was going to a warehouse before being shipped to Europe. It did take a bit for it to get to UPS, but it was within the expected timeframe. The backpack made its way to me in Europe after going through the warehouse. It was the right model and size, no damage or issues. The packaging was basic but did the job, kept the backpack safe during shipping and saved on costs. I'm happy with my purchase and even got another backpack for my girlfriend.

    At first, I was kinda unsure about buying from Sunny Sports because I saw some not-so-great reviews. But you know what, my experience turned out to be absolutely amazing. I decided to get a Grayl water bottle and everything went super smoothly. The website was easy to use, and I had no problems placing my order. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, which was awesome. And get this, my order got to me super quick! It only took 5 business days to go all the way across the country. The stuff was packed up really well and arrived in perfect shape. The Grayl water bottles were exactly what I wanted, brand new and working perfectly.     I just gotta say, I totally switched up the color of my backpack last minute that I ordered from Sunny Sports. I shot an email over to their customer support team on the weekend, and I was not expecting to hear back so quick but they actually replied on Sunday morning saying they could totally make the switch for me at no extra cost. I was so pumped with how awesome and quick they were. My backpack showed up on Tuesday morning with free shipping, just in time for my trip coming up. This seriously raised the bar for how I'll judge my future online shopping experiences!
