I ordered a tent from this store, but they made a mistake and canceled my order for no good reason. They claimed my card was declined, but there were no issues with it. To make matters worse, they still charged me $500! I tried to reach out by phone and email, but no one assisted me. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I just bought an iPad Air from this company, eh. Total disaster, let me tell ya. I put in my order and heard nothing. Payment still pending, no cancellation notice. Feels like they're hanging onto my money for no good reason. Hoping they sort this mess out and cancel those cancelled transactions. But gotta admit, kinda worried about where my cash is disappearing to. Got a sneaky feeling they're using it for themselves, eh.
