    HP800 G2 Refurbished Desktop

    I recently picked up the HP800 G2 refurbished desktop off their site and I gotta say, I'm really pleased with it. This computer is so quiet and looks like it's fresh out of the box. It's got a 256GB SSD hard drive and an Intel i5-6400 processor with quad processors, giving me top-notch performance with Windows 10. The tower box looks top-notch and starts up way quicker than my old system. Big shoutout to JOY Systems for really putting in the effort to refurbish their products to HP's standards. They even threw in a new keyboard and mouse, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that it doesn't support direct HDMI from the HP, but luckily I had another cable that did the trick. All in all, this system went above and beyond my expectations and I wouldn't think twice about buying from JOY Systems again.

    Refurbished tower computer

    I just bought a refurbished tower computer from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out. The computer arrived just like they said it would, and any software problems were fixed in no time. TigerDirect passed the issue on to JoySystems, the vendor, who got in touch with a techie to sort out the Windows 10 glitch right away. Both TigerDirect and JoySystems were on the ball in fixing things up. My only gripe is that the delivery got held up by the US Postal Service, taking almost two weeks to get the disc to me. But hey, despite that hiccup, I'd definitely think about shopping with this store again down the line.

    Multiple computers over 10-15 years

    Over the past ten years or so, I've bought a bunch of computers from this store, both new and refurbished. They've all been great and lasted a long time without any problems. One laptop I got was a used Lenovo 8 years ago and it's still working perfectly today. Recently, I wanted to get a laptop for my mom as a Christmas gift, but it was out of stock. The customer service team helped me out right away and I was able to switch to a different laptop with no issues. Overall, I've had a good experience with this store and would recommend it to anyone looking for computer stuff.

    Ordered an iPad and MacBook from this site, and I was so excited to get them. But then, out of nowhere, both orders got cancelled without any notice. But a few days later, I got an email saying there was a pricing error and they were refunding everyone.     Sketchy marketing tactics

    I got tricked by this company that pretended to have great deals, but they were actually just trying to get people hooked, gather info, and then blame any issues on technical problems. And to top it off, they didn't even bother telling anyone about the cancellations, plus they straight up said they were gonna use our info to spam us and sell it to other companies. That kind of shady business is not cool, and they definitely need to be held accountable for running such a scam.

    So I made this one big order at the store for an MBA and iPad Pro, and let me tell you, it was a hot mess. A couple days later, I get a notification saying my order got cancelled out of nowhere. And to top it off, I still got charged on my credit card, like what the heck?! I was so mad and annoyed. Seems like this happens a lot to other folks too, which is just not cool. TigerDirect needs to step up their game and be more honest with their customers. I'm definitely taking this to the BBB because this shady stuff has got to stop.

    I just went to TigerDirect and honestly, I wasn't too impressed with their close-out electronics. They have a big warehouse and showroom, but I was hoping for better deals on close-out items.     I just bought an iPad Air from this company, eh. Total disaster, let me tell ya. I put in my order and heard nothing. Payment still pending, no cancellation notice. Feels like they're hanging onto my money for no good reason. Hoping they sort this mess out and cancel those cancelled transactions. But gotta admit, kinda worried about where my cash is disappearing to. Got a sneaky feeling they're using it for themselves, eh.
