HP800 G2 Refurbished Desktop
I recently picked up the HP800 G2 refurbished desktop off their site and I gotta say, I'm really pleased with it. This computer is so quiet and looks like it's fresh out of the box. It's got a 256GB SSD hard drive and an Intel i5-6400 processor with quad processors, giving me top-notch performance with Windows 10. The tower box looks top-notch and starts up way quicker than my old system. Big shoutout to JOY Systems for really putting in the effort to refurbish their products to HP's standards. They even threw in a new keyboard and mouse, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that it doesn't support direct HDMI from the HP, but luckily I had another cable that did the trick. All in all, this system went above and beyond my expectations and I wouldn't think twice about buying from JOY Systems again.
Computer monitor
I recently bought a computer monitor from this store and I have to say, I was seriously impressed by the quality of their products. The monitor was exactly what I needed, with clear resolution and a sleek design. The ordering process went smoothly and I got updates on my purchase right on time. The customer service team was really knowledgeable and helpful, they addressed all my questions and concerns quickly. I was also happy with the competitive pricing of the monitor, it was more affordable than other stores. Finally, the delivery was fast and the monitor arrived in perfect shape. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at this store and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch electronics.
Refurbished tower computer
I just bought a refurbished tower computer from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out. The computer arrived just like they said it would, and any software problems were fixed in no time. TigerDirect passed the issue on to JoySystems, the vendor, who got in touch with a techie to sort out the Windows 10 glitch right away. Both TigerDirect and JoySystems were on the ball in fixing things up. My only gripe is that the delivery got held up by the US Postal Service, taking almost two weeks to get the disc to me. But hey, despite that hiccup, I'd definitely think about shopping with this store again down the line.
Multiple computers over 10-15 years
Over the past ten years or so, I've bought a bunch of computers from this store, both new and refurbished. They've all been great and lasted a long time without any problems. One laptop I got was a used Lenovo 8 years ago and it's still working perfectly today. Recently, I wanted to get a laptop for my mom as a Christmas gift, but it was out of stock. The customer service team helped me out right away and I was able to switch to a different laptop with no issues. Overall, I've had a good experience with this store and would recommend it to anyone looking for computer stuff.
Computer accessories
I'm really disappointed with the company I ordered computer accessories from. Turns out, they didn't even have the items in stock and didn't bother letting me know. It feels like they're scamming people. I feel like I've been taken advantage of, and now I'm concerned about my personal information being misused. I used to trust this company, but now I have doubts. Be careful when buying from them, you could end up with nothing and at risk of identity theft.
iPad and MacBook orders
Ordered an iPad and MacBook from this site, and I was so excited to get them. But then, out of nowhere, both orders got cancelled without any notice. This has happened to me before, and it's starting to seem like it's a regular thing. I'm starting to think they might be trying to get our info or they're having money problems because they haven't given me a refund. I suggest steering clear of this site at all costs.
Computer purchase
Dela Pena was awesome, he helped me out with everything and was super patient. He didn't push me to buy stuff I didn't want. For sure going to get a computer from here and spread the word to all my friends.
Recent order experience
I just made a purchase on the website and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the service I got. I placed my order and then heard absolutely nothing about what was going on. Weeks passed with no updates at all, and when I finally decided to ask, I found out that my order had been cancelled with no heads up or reasons why. This lack of communication and crappy customer service is just not cool.

I've been shopping at TigerDirect for a long time, but my most recent purchase left me disappointed. TigerDirect used to be a big competitor in the electronics market, but lately, they've been dropping the ball when it comes to reliable service for customers. Last weekend, I spotted what seemed like a great deal on a new tablet while browsing their website. I was pumped to make the purchase, so I quickly added it to my cart and went through the checkout process. But a few days later, I got an email saying there was a pricing error and they were refunding everyone. It was frustrating because I had passed up on another good deal at a different store just to shop at TigerDirect. Luckily, I didn't lose any money like some others did, but I was disappointed in their lack of professionalism and attention to detail. My recent experience has definitely made me question whether I can rely on TigerDirect in the future.

I recently bought a tablet from TigerDirect, and let me tell you, I was really let down by the poor communication and service. I was so excited for my order to arrive, but days went by and I heard nothing from them. It wasn't until I finally contacted customer service through their chat that I found out my order had been cancelled without them letting me know. This lack of communication not only made me miss out on a better deal elsewhere, but it also left my kid disappointed and my money tied up with TigerDirect.
Sketchy marketing tactics
I got tricked by this company that pretended to have great deals, but they were actually just trying to get people hooked, gather info, and then blame any issues on technical problems. And to top it off, they didn't even bother telling anyone about the cancellations, plus they straight up said they were gonna use our info to spam us and sell it to other companies. That kind of shady business is not cool, and they definitely need to be held accountable for running such a scam.
iPad order cancellation
I ordered an iPad on TigerDirect, but my order didn't go through, and they didn't even let me know it was cancelled. I was so frustrated and let down by this whole thing. Companies really should keep their customers in the loop, especially with orders.

I recently bought some computer stuff from this store and, to be honest, it was a pretty disappointing experience. Like, four long days went by after I ordered, and I didn't hear anything about what was going on with my stuff. So, I decided to log into my account and what do I see? All my orders are gone without a word of warning or explanation. And now I'm still waiting for my refund on my credit card. The fact that this company hasn't said anything about what's going on is just so frustrating. I'm seriously thinking about taking some legal action for this unprofessional behaviour.
MBA and iPad Pro
So I made this one big order at the store for an MBA and iPad Pro, and let me tell you, it was a hot mess. A couple days later, I get a notification saying my order got cancelled out of nowhere. And to top it off, I still got charged on my credit card, like what the heck?! I was so mad and annoyed. Seems like this happens a lot to other folks too, which is just not cool. TigerDirect needs to step up their game and be more honest with their customers. I'm definitely taking this to the BBB because this shady stuff has got to stop.
Electronics close-outs
I just went to TigerDirect and honestly, I wasn't too impressed with their close-out electronics. They have a big warehouse and showroom, but I was hoping for better deals on close-out items. I was on the hunt for a new printer and computer, but after checking prices at other online stores, I realized I could find better bargains elsewhere. The staff was nice and gave me a hand, but the prices just didn't cut it for me. In the end, I decided to shop somewhere else.
iPad Air purchase
I just bought an iPad Air from this company, eh. Total disaster, let me tell ya. I put in my order and heard nothing. Payment still pending, no cancellation notice. Feels like they're hanging onto my money for no good reason. Hoping they sort this mess out and cancel those cancelled transactions. But gotta admit, kinda worried about where my cash is disappearing to. Got a sneaky feeling they're using it for themselves, eh.
