I needed ink for my printer, so I figured TigerDirect would be a good place to get it. But when my order showed up, it was all messed up. Dealing with customer service was a total headache - they just kept putting me off about getting a refund. Trying to get my money back has been super annoying. I'm for sure not going to be buying from them again.
