Professional assistance and customer service
I had a great experience with the customer service team at this company. The person I talked to was super professional, knew their stuff, was really polite, and took the time to help me out. It was so nice to finally talk to someone who actually knew what was going on and could give me the info I was looking for. I was a bit bummed when I called at first, but both the person I spoke to and the one who transferred me showed me the importance of having a great loyalty team and top-notch services.

Meetup registration and notification settings
I just joined Meetup and I'm having some trouble getting notifications from the groups I'm in. I've tried to figure it out myself and even asked customer service for help, but I'm still not getting a clear answer to my question. It's frustrating because I don't want to miss out on any updates from the groups I like.

MacBook and iPad purchase
There were some really good deals on Apple products, so I thought I'd treat myself to a MacBook and an iPad. But it all turned into a total disaster. I placed my order last Saturday, and then four days later, I got a message saying it was cancelled. Now I have no idea how long I'll have to wait to get my money back. This company is a total rip-off and I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them. It's just so disappointing that they lured me in with discounts only to hold onto my cash for weeks. Avoid this company at all costs!
