Recent order experience
I just made a purchase on the website and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the service I got. I placed my order and then heard absolutely nothing about what was going on. Weeks passed with no updates at all, and when I finally decided to ask, I found out that my order had been cancelled with no heads up or reasons why. This lack of communication and crappy customer service is just not cool.

The customer service is just terrible too, not helpful at all. I'm feeling pretty ticked off and let down by this whole situation. To be honest, my experience with this online store has been a major bummer, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, eh.

Online return delays
The return process at this place is a complete mess. I sent back my items on March 5th and today, March 26th, they still haven't gotten my package. On top of that, I couldn't even track the return, so I have no idea where it is. I contacted their customer service, and though they were nice, they couldn't tell me if it was normal for returns to not be trackable. This lack of information is really annoying. I don't know when I'll get my money back, and it's really making me not want to order from them again.
