Recent order experience
I just made a purchase on the website and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the service I got. I placed my order and then heard absolutely nothing about what was going on. Weeks passed with no updates at all, and when I finally decided to ask, I found out that my order had been cancelled with no heads up or reasons why. This lack of communication and crappy customer service is just not cool.

Printer purchase
I gotta say, eh, I bought a printer from this online store, and I gotta tell ya, it's been a real letdown. The darn thing keeps sending me ink cartridges that I don't even need, and then I get overcharged. On top of that, it's always freezing up and I gotta keep rebooting it just to get it to work right. The customer service is just terrible too, not helpful at all. I'm feeling pretty ticked off and let down by this whole situation. To be honest, my experience with this online store has been a major bummer, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, eh.

Partial delivery issue
So my order got messed up and I only got part of it. But Joan from customer service was awesome and helped me out right away through chat. She fixed everything quickly and sent me a new confirmation email right after. I'm really grateful for Joan's help and the great customer service she gave me.

Pottery
I gotta tell ya, this place totally exceeded my expectations. Ordering the pottery was so easy - no frills or anything complicated. But let me tell you, the communication was on point during the whole shebang. I was updated every step of the way, from when I placed the order to when it was shipped. And when my pottery showed up, oh boy was I impressed. It was packed up real nice, you could tell they really cared about keeping it safe. The pottery itself was top-notch, flawless really. I'm super happy with my purchase, no doubt about it.
