Lifelike cuddle clone of my late dog Charley
I had to say goodbye to my best friend Charleydog a year and a half ago and it was really tough, eh. The grief was just too much to bear, you know. But then I got this cuddle clone of him and it's like having him back with me, eh. The artists did an amazing job capturing every little detail of my boy. I'm finally finding some comfort and healing knowing he's still with me in some way, eh. Rush shipping pajamas for kids
Hey there, so I ordered rush shipping for my kids' pajamas, and let me tell you, I am not happy with the lack of info and communication from this company. Like, the shipping label was made on December 8th but no updates since then? I've tried contacting customer service several times, but all I get are these generic responses that don't actually fix anything. I even complained on their Facebook page, and they blamed a DHL strike. They said they'd ship with 2-day FedEx, but no tracking number. Honestly, I just want a refund now. Wish I had checked out some reviews first, BBB rating is an F.
Misleading representation
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. They didn't follow the instructions or the photos I gave them. When I asked about getting my money back or fixing the product, they said they could make changes to make me happy. But the new version was even worse than the first one. It seems like they didn't even try to fix things or meet my needs. And on top of that, they said I couldn't get a refund if they made more changes, which doesn't seem right.
Emotional personalized stuffed animal
The attention to detail is amazing! It was tough to come up with all those pictures, but totally worth it. My daughter's dog of 13 years just passed away, they were best buds since she was little. The cuddle clone of my husband's late dog was even better than I hoped, and I can't wait to see the one for my daughter.

I even paid extra to speed up the delivery and gave them lots of details and photos to make sure they got my pet's look just right. But when the Cuddle Clone finally came, I was so disappointed. It didn't really look like my pet at all, only a few similarities in the fur color. I reached out to customer service to ask for changes, and even though I followed their return instructions right away, it took them more than five months to send me a picture of the new version. It still didn't look like what they showed on their website. I'm glad they eventually gave me a full refund, but the whole process was really frustrating and sad.
