I was really let down by the service I got from this company. They didn't follow the instructions or the photos I gave them. When I asked about getting my money back or fixing the product, they said they could make changes to make me happy. But the new version was even worse than the first one. It seems like they didn't even try to fix things or meet my needs. And on top of that, they said I couldn't get a refund if they made more changes, which doesn't seem right.

I gotta say, the Cuddle Clone I got for my pet is seriously spot on. It's got every little detail, like the fur colour and the eyes, that just screams my pet's personality. Having this super realistic version of my furry buddy around really puts my heart at ease. And let me tell you, not only is the product top-notch, but the customer service from the company is out of this world. My experience dealing with customer service at this company has been really disappointing. I've tried reaching out to them about an $85 pajama order that had the wrong sizes, but all I've gotten back are unhelpful responses. The pajamas were way off in terms of size - my wife is a size 0 in pants, but the large bottoms sent to us were way too big for her.
