Cuddle Clones - Reviews and experiences

Hey there, so I ordered rush shipping for my kids' pajamas, and let me tell you, I am not happy with the lack of info and communication from this company. Like, the shipping label was made on December 8th but no updates since then? I've tried contacting customer service several times, but all I get are these generic responses that don't actually fix anything. I even complained on their Facebook page, and they blamed a DHL strike. They said they'd ship with 2-day FedEx, but no tracking number. Honestly, I just want a refund now. Wish I had checked out some reviews first, BBB rating is an F.

I bought a custom pet plush recently and I asked if they could make it lying down instead of standing. I sent them lots of pictures and emails for five days, but they never got back to me. It was really annoying because they didn't have a 'contact us' page or answer the phone. It made me wonder if the company is even legit.

I can't really review the clone puppy yet because my daughter hasn't gotten it, but I have to say, the speed at which they made it was really impressive. They kept us in the loop with updates and messages the whole time, which was awesome. It's nice to see a company that cares about keeping customers informed.
