PJs for my dog
I just got two sets of PJs for my furry buddy, one long and one short. I gotta say, I am super impressed with how good they are. The print of my dog's picture is so clear and detailed, it's like he's beside me when I cuddle up in these PJs. The fabric is soft and comfy, perfect for keeping my pup warm on cold nights. I would totally suggest these products to any pet parent who wants to spoil their furry pal.
Cuddle Clone purchase
I recently got a Cuddle Clone made of my pet that sadly passed away not long ago. I even paid extra to speed up the delivery and gave them lots of details and photos to make sure they got my pet's look just right. But when the Cuddle Clone finally came, I was so disappointed. It didn't really look like my pet at all, only a few similarities in the fur color. I reached out to customer service to ask for changes, and even though I followed their return instructions right away, it took them more than five months to send me a picture of the new version. It still didn't look like what they showed on their website. I'm glad they eventually gave me a full refund, but the whole process was really frustrating and sad.
Customized blanket purchase
I recently bought a custom blanket from this company as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I ordered it on December 5th and got an email on December 17th saying they needed my approval on the design before they could ship it. I approved right away, but it's now December 24th and the blanket still hasn't been shipped. I'm really disappointed with how they haven't kept me updated and how slow they are. To top it off, I ordered a similar item from Personalization Mall for my other daughter on the same day, and not only was it cheaper, but it arrived in great quality within a week. I'd suggest avoiding Cuddle Clones if you want something reliable and quick.
Custom family pajamas, $800
I went all out and bought custom matching pajamas for the fam for Christmas, thinking it would be a sweet and one-of-a-kind gift. But man, was I let down when the rush shipping didn't come through on time. Christmas morning came and went, and my peeps didn't have my gift. The company didn't even keep me in the loop about what was going on or give me a straight answer about when I could expect the delivery. Not cool. I'm not going back to them and I sure won't be telling anyone to shop there.

I was really disappointed with the custom plush I ordered to look like my dog who passed away. I gave them tons of details and photos, but the plush didn't look anything like my dog. The face was all wrong, and the breed was totally off. I got in touch with the company for a fix, sent more pics and explanations of what needed changing. After waiting weeks, the new one came and looked just like the first, which was really disheartening. I let them know how upset I was, but they only offered to try one more time, and I said no. Asked for a refund, but they said it wasn't possible. I've tried many times to make it right, but I've lost faith in their ability to get it right. The long waits and letdowns make me not want to try again. I really want my money back, but they keep saying no. Won't be coming back as a customer or recommending this company to anyone I know.

Oh my goodness, I received my teddy bear version of my sweet fluffy Fluffy last week, and it's honestly the best thing ever! It looks just like him, I can hardly believe it! I really miss Fluffy, but having this soft copy of him makes me feel a bit better. My family absolutely adores it as well, it's like having Fluffy back with us.
