I had a little bit of trouble with the Duplicate File Finder Pro version on the Mac App Store, compared to the one on the Nektony website. So, I decided to reach out to support through email, and they got back to me really quickly with a trial solution that actually helped fix my problems. They even followed up with a permanent solution. This is exactly how customer support should be - fast and helpful. I would totally recommend both this product and the company.

Small sizing shirts
The shirts I ordered were supposed to fit based on the measurements given, but they were all too tight. The fabric is actually pretty good, though.

I ordered some shoes and a t-shirt from this shipping company. They told me my stuff was coming, but it ended up taking forever to get here. They kept saying it was on its way when it really wasn't. I wouldn't recommend using them!

Warranty claim process effortless
I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service guy, Jack, for being super helpful with my warranty claim. He knew his stuff and made everything so easy. Jack took the time to answer all my questions and help me out with any concerns I had. I was really impressed with how professional and focused on making sure I was happy Jack was.
