Over $100 on sandals
I bought some sandals for more than $100 not long ago. But when they showed up, I was pretty bummed to see that they were all worn out, dirty, and had someone else's toe prints on them. Gross, right? So I sent them back right away for a refund. But it's been almost 2 weeks since Shoebacca got the sandals back, and still no refund for me. It's been a real pain dealing with this, and I wouldn't suggest shopping there to anyone.

I got in touch with customer service, and let me tell ya, I was pretty let down by how things turned out. The person I talked to had the right words, but their attitude was just not up to par. I got some shoes from this place and...
Yeah, so I ordered these really nice shoes from this website, right? But then they sent me this tracking number that was basically no help at all. I tried to track my order, but it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack, you know? I called them a bunch of times, and every time I got a different date for when my shoes would arrive. After waiting for 4 weeks and still not getting them, I had to call them AGAIN just to get a refund. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for that refund to actually show up on my card.
