Subsription renewed without permission
Eh, so I was like, I thought I cancelled my subscription, but they went and renewed it anyway! I had to call them up and be all "Um, excuse me, I already cancelled this" and they finally stopped it. But now I'm still waiting for my refund, hello?! And like, everyone I talked to there was so rude and not helpful at all. Ugh, not impressed at all.

Monet's Gardens full day tour
My experience with this tour company was so disappointing and frustrating. I booked a full day tour to Monet's Gardens, but they stuck me on a bus with folks who just booked a half-day tour. So there I was, stranded two hours outside of Paris with no clue how to get back. The tour guide didn't even bother to tell us about the second bus to Paris. I waited in the parking lot for an hour, asking all the bus drivers, but no luck. I tried calling customer service, sending messages on WhatsApp, and even contacting the tour guide directly, but no one helped me out. I had to call an Uber, paying extra just to get back to Paris. Their customer service was basically non-existent, they barely tried to fix things. Even when they admitted their mistake, they wouldn't refund me for the Uber. It made me feel so ignored and disrespected. Bottom line, be careful if you're thinking of booking with this tour company because my experience was a huge letdown.

I had a really good experience with the customer service team. They were super quick in getting back to me about my question and they fixed the problem I had with my missing refund really efficiently. They didn't waste any time going back and forth, they just fixed it right away. I am really thankful for their fast and helpful assistance.

This photo editing software is awesome for making gorgeous art from your photos. It's really easy to use and has so many options to choose from that can fit anyone's style. I was surprised at how quick I could get results on my not-too-fancy computer (just a notebook) without any problems. The customer service was top-notch too, always quick to answer my questions. I definitely recommend this software to anyone who wants to spruce up their photos and make incredible art.

Book purchase experience
As a big reader, I'm always searching for new books to add to my collection. I found a great selection on this platform and decided to buy some. The choices were impressive, and I found exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The service was excellent, they answered my questions quickly. Banarasee Saree purchase
At first, I was a bit lost on how to get a refund for the items I got during the buy 1 get 2 free sale. But chatting with customer service totally helped me out and I understood everything. The stuff I got for my family, especially the Banarasee Saree, was really good quality. I almost gave them a perfect score, but had to take one star off because getting a refund for sale items was a bit tricky. Besides that, it was all good - awesome experience and really great products.

Ill-fitting dress, poor customer service
After I bought a dress from this company, I was pretty bummed out when it didn't fit right. I did everything they said to get a refund, and I even tried contacting them a bunch of times, but I never heard back about getting my money back. I thought they'd have better customer service, especially since they seem like a legit company online. But turns out, my experience with them has been pretty disappointing. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.
