    I recently bought some Setter swim shorts and a Thunderball Linen Shirt from this company and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with them. The quality of both items is top-notch and the delivery was super fast. The only hiccup I had was with the sizing of the swim shorts - they were too small for me. I reached out to customer service by email and got a speedy reply from a really helpful guy named Aaron. He quickly sorted everything out for me and I was able to send back the swim shorts for a bigger size. My overall experience was good - the products are great and the customer service was on point.

    Hoodie complaint

    Buying clothes online can be risky, eh? But thankfully, Orlebar Brown had my back when the hoodie I ordered wasn't up to snuff. I reached out to them with my complaint and they were quick to offer a solution - either they'd send me a new hoodie or give me an e-voucher. I went with the voucher, seemed like a fair deal. Had a little hiccup at checkout, but Amelia, who's absolutely fantastic, sorted it out for me in a jiffy. Hoping my shorts order goes smoothly, but gotta hand it to OB for their excellent customer service, much appreciated!

    I bought 2 pairs of shorts on Monday and they came the next day. But when I tried them on, they were too big. I phoned customer service to swap them for a smaller size. The lady I talked to was really helpful. She made sure the right size was sent to me in Ireland that same day, without any extra cost. Plus, she went out of her way to find the color I wanted, even though it was sold out in their store but available elsewhere. I shop online a lot, and I have to say, this was a great experience that went above and beyond what I expected.

    I've been shopping at this store for like 10 years now, and I gotta say, their stuff is top-notch. The clothes always fit well and the styles are super cool and classic. But you know what really sets them apart? The customer service, especially from David. That guy is always so nice and helpful, he really goes out of his way to help with anything you need. Plus, I love that they offer free returns and you can do click-and-collect at any of their stores - super convenient.

    Let me tell you, eh, this whole situation was a total nightmare, eh. I never expected to deal with such lousy customer service, you know? They don't answer their phones, they ignore my WhatsApp messages, and they barely reply to my emails. My deliveries were always late, eh. And when I tried to talk about the delays, there was nobody I could reach out to, you know what I mean? I even paid extra for faster delivery, and here I am, four days later, and my order still hasn't shipped, even though they promised two-day shipping for an extra cost. Clearly, this company doesn't care about its customers, eh. It's so obvious in how they don't communicate and just don't care about getting your order to you on time.

    I bought 7 things online

    I ordered a whole bunch of stuff back on June 28th and they told me it would arrive in 1-2 days. But it's almost been 4 weeks now and I still haven't received anything! They took my money on June 30th and now I feel like I got scammed by this company. I used to really like them, but now I feel like they don't give a darn about their customers.

    I gotta say, I've used the warranty service twice and both times, I was super impressed with the customer service. So, I had a pair of shorts that got a rip after almost a year, right at the tab on the back. I reached out to the company and they told me to send them back. And would you believe it, within a week, I got a brand new pair of shorts. The whole process was so quick and easy, I couldn't believe it.

    I just bought some stuff from this store and honestly, they're pretty good quality. A bit expensive, yeah, but you know, you usually get what you pay for with this kind of stuff. The only bummer was when I tried to get some cashback through another site, they ended up denying my claim.     I had to switch my swim trunks that I bought in London for a different size at the store in Sydney's CBD. Amedeo and Shanin were awesome - they helped us out with the switch and were super friendly and provided top-notch customer service. They even gave us good tips on places to check out in Sydney and Melbourne. All in all, fantastic employees, store, and products.

    I went to the store not too long ago and gotta say, Antonio really made my day. He was so helpful, knew his stuff, and was super attentive. Ended up grabbing some swim shorts and t-shirts and they're top-notch. But y'know, it would be awesome if there were discounts for folks in emergency services like me - would definitely make me wanna come back more often.

    Gifted items in wrong size

    I recently got two items as a gift from this company, but they were both too small for me. When I contacted customer service to ask for a bigger size, they told me they couldn't do it because it was past the 28-day return period. Even though the items were brand new with tags on, they still wouldn't make an exception. I was really disappointed with their inflexibility and lack of good customer service.

    Swim shorts from this store

    The service was fine, but those swim shorts I got are terrible. I bought them and within 6 months they faded and the knot got all messed up. I got a new pair, but they ripped at the seam after just 6 months too. Now I had to send them in to get repaired and I'm worried they won't even be fixable. I have a vacation coming up and I might not have any shorts to wear! They were pricey, but the quality is just not good.

    Linen Tee

    I just bought a linen t-shirt from here and I was really let down by the quality. After just one wash by hand, it already got a hole in it. I was hoping for better since this brand has a good reputation, but it didn't live up to my expectations. The price was on the expensive side, so it's even more disappointing that the quality was so poor. I wish I hadn't bought it and I wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone who wants good quality clothes.

    Awesome swim trunks

    I had such a great time at the store when my order delivery got messed up, but the people there were really nice and fixed everything so I could get my swim trunks in time for my vacation. They even rushed shipped them to my hotel! And let me tell you, these swim trunks are absolutely amazing, the best ever.

    Zipper repair request

    I recently contacted the customer service team at the store to ask about reattaching the zipper pull on a pair of swim shorts I bought. Unfortunately, they refused to help without the receipt, which is frustrating. They offer a five-year warranty but request proof of purchase for any services, which doesn't seem fair. As a loyal customer, I think owning their product should be enough for a simple repair like this. I don't want a new pair, just a little fix on the metal zipper handle. Even though I offered to pay for it, I couldn't find a solution. I'm really let down by the lack of flexibility and customer service in this situation.

    My buddy gave me this fancy shirt, but to be honest, I don't really like it. The buttons are just cheap plastic and the linen fabric doesn't feel nice. It's way too expensive for what it is. Normally I get my shirts from proper London shirt makers, and this one just doesn't compare.
