Wall heater/ac unit installation
So I bought this new wall heater/ac unit from your company, and let me tell you, the whole installation process has been a total nightmare. First off, the initial installation got pushed back because the installers didn't have the right plug for the unit, so I had to wait an extra week for them to come back. And then when they finally got it installed, turns out the duct adapter from the old unit didn't fit the new one, causing even more delays and a bunch of wrong part orders. Every time your technicians came back, it was like a new problem popped up, whether it was not knowing what to do or messing up on deliveries and installations. So ridiculous, ended up having them come out a total of eight times for what should've been a simple job.

Expensive but high-quality products
I just bought some stuff from this store and honestly, they're pretty good quality. A bit expensive, yeah, but you know, you usually get what you pay for with this kind of stuff. The only bummer was when I tried to get some cashback through another site, they ended up denying my claim. Not gonna lie, that was frustrating, especially with how much I already spent on those items.
