New Refrigerator Delivery and Set up
I recently got a new fridge delivered and set up by the folks at Abt. John and Trinidad were super professional, friendly, and considerate the whole time. They really made sure my place stayed intact while getting rid of the old fridge and installing the new one. I was really impressed by how careful they were, like wearing boots over their shoes and putting together the new fridge perfectly. They even took the time to answer all my questions and tidied up all the packaging when they were finished. It was a great experience overall, and I definitely suggest Abt for their top-notch service.
Refrigerator purchase
Abt Electronics in Orland Park, eh, is the spot to go if you're on the hunt for top-notch service and competitive prices. I gotta say, I had a really great experience with their sales staff - they knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect refrigerator for my place, don'tcha know. The delivery system was quick, and the delivery folks were super nice and professional. They even took away my old fridge and all the packaging from the new one. All in all, Abt went above and beyond for me, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy something.
Appliance delivery
Chris and Marcos from the delivery team did a fantastic job bringing in my appliances. They were really careful and made sure they didn't damage anything during the process. They knew all about what the home inspector needed, like making sure the anti-tip bracket was on the stove and using good quality stainless steel hoses for the water lines. They even talked about using fire retardant tubing for dryers, which is as good as metal venting. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and it really showed in how well they paid attention to every little detail.
Whirlpool Refrigerator Purchase
I was kind of unsure about going to the store at first because I was worried about how expensive everything would be. But, when I went to ABT, it turned out to be a pretty good experience. The guy helping me out, Mr. O’Brien, was really great. He was able to match the prices for me, so I could get a good deal on a refrigerator. I'm happy with my whirlpool fridge - it does exactly what I need it to by keeping my drinks cold and my frozen snacks frozen. Overall, I'm happy with what I got and I would definitely think about telling others to check out ABT too.
BOSCH dishwasher replacement
I was looking for a new BOSCH dishwasher at a decent price to replace my old one that wasn't working well. I couldn't find what I needed at other stores because of my kitchen layout and the COVID-19 delays. I should have checked out Ab or ebt first, they really helped me out with a faster and cheaper option. It was an awesome deal and I had a great experience shopping there.
Appliances delivery
I just got some appliances delivered from Abt and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the service. The delivery team was super nice, very professional, and they even took the time to give me some helpful info about the appliances. They had to carry everything up three flights of stairs, which was no joke, but they did it without any issues. Honestly, I'm really happy with the whole experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.
Washer and dryer purchase
Recently, eh, I had the pleasure of buying a washer and dryer from this place, ya know? The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. The salesperson was super helpful, eh, and really knew their stuff. They helped me pick out the right appliances with a smile and quickly. Plus, the emails and texts about my delivery were right on time and kept me in the loop. When the delivery happened, everything went just as planned. The drivers were on time and acted all professional-like. Overall, I gotta say I was pretty darn happy with my experience at ABT electronics, eh.
Appliance purchase
I just bought some appliances from here and let me tell you, I was super impressed with everything. The prices were great, and the products were even better than I expected. Ordering was easy peasy, and I could choose a delivery time that worked for me. The delivery guys were awesome, they were polite and helpful which made everything go smoothly. I don't think I'll ever buy appliances from anywhere else after this awesome experience at Abt.
Range purchase
Delivery was great! Got emails and texts ahead of time giving us a heads up about the 3-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, the dispatcher called to double-check everything and the driver called when they were on their way. The delivery folks were super professional and helpful, which made setting everything up easy. ABT Appliances is always our top choice for appliances, and they never disappoint with their service.
New fridge purchase
So me and my family decided to grab a new fridge and we headed to this neat store. The sales guy was really helpful and knew exactly what to show us after we gave him our measurements. He even helped us narrow down our choices. And then the delivery crew was fantastic! They showed up on time, got the fridge all set up, and were total pros. All in all, it was an awesome experience!
$1000 microwave purchase
Despite initially feeling frustrated with my $1000 microwave purchase from ABT, I have to admit that they ended up handling the resolution process pretty well. At first, I had trouble getting in touch with the sales person and my shipment was delayed. Then, when the microwave finally arrived, it was dented, which was a letdown. I took some pictures and reached out to ABT. They didn't want to send me a new one right away, insisting that I return the damaged one first. That meant waiting for weeks for a replacement, and when it did arrive, it was late and damaged despite my timestamped photo evidence.
After leaving some online reviews, ABT got in touch with me and quickly sent a new unit as soon as the damaged one was picked up by UPS. The new microwave was delivered in good condition, which was a relief. It was nice to see ABT take the necessary steps to fix the situation.Big TV purchase
I went to this store called Abt and let me tell ya, they were awesome! I ended up buying this massive 75-inch TV and the guy who assisted me was so friendly. They even hooked me up with a sweet discount, which was amazing. The delivery fellas were top-notch too, super careful with the TV. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!
New stove delivery and installation
OMG, the peeps who brought and set up our fancy new stove were amazing! They were really nice, made sure not to wreck our floors, and got that stove in just right. They even cleaned up afterwards and hooked us up with a discount because of a little scratch they spotted - I didn't even see it! I'm seriously blown away!
Large Appliance Delivery
The delivery team was amazing, eh? They were so friendly and professional, and it was obvious that safety was their number one priority. You could tell that they were experienced and knew their stuff. They made sure to take care of both the appliance and our house, which we really appreciated. Big thanks to the two guys for their top-notch service!
