I just bought some coffee and tea from that store and one of the items ended up being damaged when it got to me. But, when I got in touch with customer service, this super helpful lady named Sophie helped me out right away by getting me a replacement. I really appreciate the awesome customer service I got during this whole situation.

I've been loving this brand for more than a year now, and my latest buy just confirmed how awesome their clothes are. The quality and little details in their stuff are top-notch, totally worth the price. I got a few more things recently and I was blown away by how well they're made and how good they look. Plus, the fast delivery just makes shopping with them even better. The fit and the materials are always fantastic, so I know I'll keep coming back as a happy customer.

I bought an air purifier from that store not long ago, and I gotta tell you, I was really let down by their customer service. It felt like they didn't give a dang about my concerns or questions. I tried calling them several times to ask about the product, but every time they just told me to leave my name and order number for a call back, and then they never bothered calling me back. And when I finally did manage to speak to someone, they were rude and not helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't appreciate me as a customer.

ShipStation Integration Issue

I just wanted to share that I've been having a big problem with ShipStation that I can't seem to get fixed. Their system doesn't match up with Amazon's new Valid Tracking Rate metric, so it's impossible to update shipments as Stamped/Franked via ShipStation if there's no tracking. And even though ShipStation is supposed to work with Amazon for shipping, I've found that it just doesn't. I've sent tons of screenshots and examples of the issue, but after weeks of back and forth, the problem still hasn't been solved.
