    During my recent visit to the store, Emma, one of the staff members, really went above and beyond in helping us out. Not only did she provide top-notch customer service, but she also showed a lot of kindness and bravery when things got scary outside the store. It was clear she was living the values of the brand. Even with all the craziness going on, Emma stayed cool and focused on keeping everyone safe. Her humble response to our thanks showed she truly cares about others. It's not every day you see someone go that extra mile, but Emma did just that. Her actions were a great reminder of how much of an impact one person can have on others. I'm grateful for her amazing service and believe she truly represents the best of your brand.

    Big thanks to Sophia for helping us out with the coffee return mishap. We sent back some coffee before the holidays, but it didn't show up as a return. We reached out to customer service and they got everything sorted out within a day. Being long-time customers, it's nice to feel appreciated.     The delivery of my order was just awful. When the package showed up, two of the items were all messed up, with everything spilled out. It seriously seemed like the delivery person threw the box around like a rugby ball. Luckily, I got in touch with customer service and chatted with Monica, who was super helpful. She quickly sent a new order and made sure it was rushed. I was shocked when the replacement order came the next day. All in all, the customer service was great and they fixed the problem really quickly.

    My visit to this store was amazing! Daniela, the staff member, provided exceptional customer service. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and really made sure my shopping experience was great. Daniela gave me advice on various tea blends and even made a sample of cookies and cream hot chocolate for me to taste. What impressed me the most was her approach - she was helpful without being too pushy, and I really liked that. Thanks to Daniela, I left with delicious tea and the most incredible cookies and cream hot chocolate.

    My package arrived all messed up, with the instant tea spilled all over the place because it was clearly handled roughly during shipping. But you know what?     I just bought some loose leaf tea and had a small problem with my order. I sent an email to customer service and got a reply super quick from a really nice person. After a few emails back and forth, the problem was fixed and I even got a replacement sent to me. It arrived a few days later, all nicely wrapped up and looked great.     I accidentally broke the lids of my tea pots, but Customer Services were really helpful and managed to find replacements for me. Monica was awesome; she got back to me right away and even shipped the new lids on the same day.     I just bought the Santos & Java coffee blend online and it was so good! The flavor is really rich and I love using it to make Espresso and different coffee drinks like cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites. The quality of the coffee was even better than I expected.     I bought some green tea at the store in Gatwick North Terminal and the whole experience was awesome. The lady who helped me, Mrs. Amaidas, really knew her stuff when it came to tea. She gave me great advice on which green tea would be best for me and let me try out different ones to help me decide. I've been going to this store for 15 years now, and this visit just reminded me why I keep coming back - great service and top-notch products.

    Broken teapot lid replacement

    Our Whittard teapot lid was all broken and re-glued over and over, and then finally broke for good. Couldn't find a new one online, so we contacted customer service. Monica Harding really went out of her way to find and send us a replacement, which might not seem like a big deal, but it meant a lot to us.

    Loose tea

    I'm just saying, like, how difficult is it to remember to include everything in an order? Seems like a real struggle for this company. The only reason I didn't give them a terrible rating is because their customer service ended up correcting the mistake. But come on, they need to be more organized. If I wanted to deal with missing items and potential issues, I would have bought from a questionable Amazon seller. Hopefully, this was a one-time error and not something that happens all the time.
