Coffee and tea purchase
I just bought some coffee and tea from that store and one of the items ended up being damaged when it got to me. But, when I got in touch with customer service, this super helpful lady named Sophie helped me out right away by getting me a replacement. I really appreciate the awesome customer service I got during this whole situation.
Tea and mugs

Loose leaf tea purchase
The customer service I got at this store was amazing, eh. I had a small issue with my order, and Sarann really went out of her way to fix it quickly and efficiently. She was super polite and attentive, making sure my shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. I was really impressed by the team's dedication and care, and now they've got me as a loyal customer, for sure. I totally recommend this place for their top-notch service and attention to detail, eh.
Tea and biscuits
During my recent visit to the store, Emma, one of the staff members, really went above and beyond in helping us out. Not only did she provide top-notch customer service, but she also showed a lot of kindness and bravery when things got scary outside the store. It was clear she was living the values of the brand. Even with all the craziness going on, Emma stayed cool and focused on keeping everyone safe. Her humble response to our thanks showed she truly cares about others. It's not every day you see someone go that extra mile, but Emma did just that. Her actions were a great reminder of how much of an impact one person can have on others. I'm grateful for her amazing service and believe she truly represents the best of your brand.
Tea set mix-up
Yeah, so I accidentally got tea cups instead of tea. But luckily, Ms Olivia was able to fix it pretty fast and she even gave me a little gift as a bonus.
Subscription coffee return
Big thanks to Sophia for helping us out with the coffee return mishap. We sent back some coffee before the holidays, but it didn't show up as a return. We reached out to customer service and they got everything sorted out within a day. Being long-time customers, it's nice to feel appreciated. We'll definitely keep spreading the word about this place.
Tea and coffee
The delivery of my order was just awful. When the package showed up, two of the items were all messed up, with everything spilled out. It seriously seemed like the delivery person threw the box around like a rugby ball. Luckily, I got in touch with customer service and chatted with Monica, who was super helpful. She quickly sent a new order and made sure it was rushed. I was shocked when the replacement order came the next day. All in all, the customer service was great and they fixed the problem really quickly.
Bought tea
I got some tea, eh? My order didn't come but this really nice person helped me out and made it all better. And when I went to pick it up, the manager was so nice and even knew who I was! It was awesome, eh!

Tea pot lid replacement
The customer service at this company is amazing. I needed a new lid for my teapot, and getting it was easy and quick. Monica, the staff member, was so nice and helpful the whole time. Even when I wasn't very good at getting back to her, she stayed patient and helpful. I'm really thankful for the fantastic customer service Monica and the company provided.
Tea and cookies and cream hot chocolate
My visit to this store was amazing! Daniela, the staff member, provided exceptional customer service. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and really made sure my shopping experience was great. Daniela gave me advice on various tea blends and even made a sample of cookies and cream hot chocolate for me to taste. What impressed me the most was her approach - she was helpful without being too pushy, and I really liked that. Thanks to Daniela, I left with delicious tea and the most incredible cookies and cream hot chocolate.
Porcelain purchase
I just bought some porcelain stuff and was kind of bummed when I found out one of them was messed up. I contacted customer service and they were really quick to help me out. Sarann from customer service was super helpful and got back to me right away. She sent me a new product right away, and it arrived in good shape. I'm really grateful for the awesome service and understanding from the team.
Instant tea and replacement order
My package arrived all messed up, with the instant tea spilled all over the place because it was clearly handled roughly during shipping. But you know what? Sophia was amazing at fixing things and getting a new order sent out quick and smooth. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast they fixed the problem.
Loose leaf tea purchase
I just bought some loose leaf tea and had a small problem with my order. I sent an email to customer service and got a reply super quick from a really nice person. After a few emails back and forth, the problem was fixed and I even got a replacement sent to me. It arrived a few days later, all nicely wrapped up and looked great. I usually only shop in stores, but now I feel good about ordering online for gifts too. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
Beaker
I messed up and got the wrong size for this cup, but the folks were so nice and sent me a new one with no charge! This lady Sophie sorted it out super fast and it was a pleasant surprise! Their kindness and generosity made me all warm and fuzzy inside. Now I absolutely adore this cup!
Broken tea pot lids
I accidentally broke the lids of my tea pots, but Customer Services were really helpful and managed to find replacements for me. Monica was awesome; she got back to me right away and even shipped the new lids on the same day. While I was in Cambridge, I also picked up some chocolate covered coffee beans from the store that my dad is loving.
Santos & Java coffee, Espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites
I just bought the Santos & Java coffee blend online and it was so good! The flavor is really rich and I love using it to make Espresso and different coffee drinks like cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites. The quality of the coffee was even better than I expected. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Green tea purchase
I bought some green tea at the store in Gatwick North Terminal and the whole experience was awesome. The lady who helped me, Mrs. Amaidas, really knew her stuff when it came to tea. She gave me great advice on which green tea would be best for me and let me try out different ones to help me decide. I've been going to this store for 15 years now, and this visit just reminded me why I keep coming back - great service and top-notch products.
Broken teapot lid replacement
Our Whittard teapot lid was all broken and re-glued over and over, and then finally broke for good. Couldn't find a new one online, so we contacted customer service. Monica Harding really went out of her way to find and send us a replacement, which might not seem like a big deal, but it meant a lot to us.
Loose tea
I'm just saying, like, how difficult is it to remember to include everything in an order? Seems like a real struggle for this company. The only reason I didn't give them a terrible rating is because their customer service ended up correcting the mistake. But come on, they need to be more organized. If I wanted to deal with missing items and potential issues, I would have bought from a questionable Amazon seller. Hopefully, this was a one-time error and not something that happens all the time.
