I bought a doll from this company for my niece's birthday, and honestly, I was really let down by the quality. The doll seemed kind of cheap and the material they used felt low quality. Plus, when I tried to contact customer service about my issues, they didn't get back to me at all. All in all, I wouldn't suggest getting anything from this company.

I messed up and got the wrong size for this cup, but the folks were so nice and sent me a new one with no charge! This lady Sophie sorted it out super fast and it was a pleasant surprise! Their kindness and generosity made me all warm and fuzzy inside. Now I absolutely adore this cup!
