Review about: Bandolier
Clip attachment issue
The clips that connect the strap to the phone case are not good at all. They keep coming off, causing the phone to fall. We lost the small metal clips, and we were bummed to find out that the case was no longer under warranty. We couldn't even get new clips to replace them. We had to make do with using wire or paper clips, which made the case look way less cool. The case isn't very durable overall, and we're not happy with the customer service we got from the company.

Back-ordered items
Hey there, as a customer, I bought some stuff recently and was bummed to see that some of the items were on back order after I got part of my order. It would've been nice to know beforehand, would have saved me some time and trouble. When I reached out to customer service, I got different arrival dates for the back-ordered items, which just made things more confusing and annoying. The lack of clear communication during the ordering process left me with a bad impression, and now I'm thinking twice about buying from this company again.

I recently bought the firm hold shapewear from this company and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The attention to detail in the design is top-notch. Replacement back with battery for Garmin Fenix 5
Yeah, so I figured the best thing to do for my Garmin Fenix 5 was to go with the replacement back that already had the battery all set up. Even though it said the battery was made in 2017, it seems to be holding up fine. When I went to put it in, I had to take out like 4 screws and be super gentle with the seal. I first tried to swap out just the battery by itself, but the old one was stuck on real tight and the connector wasn't coming off smooth. Putting on the replacement back was way easier and no fuss.

River cruise photo book
We decided to put together a photo book of our river cruise trip using your website. I have to admit, I had a little trouble getting the hang of the layout at first, but after playing around with it, I was able to create a really beautiful book. The quality of the printed photos was even better than I expected - they turned out absolutely stunning. I was really impressed with how professional they looked, almost like something you'd see in a magazine. Being able to customize the layout, add borders, and backgrounds really allowed me to make the book my own. While I do wish the website was a bit more user-friendly, in the end, it was definitely worth the effort. Recent trip from Lake Louise to Jasper
I recently hopped on a bus from Lake Louise to Jasper, and I gotta say, it was better than I expected. At first, I was a bit worried 'cause there was no wifi, plugs, or washrooms on board, but the bus was roomy and cozy, so it turned out alright. The trip was pretty long, but the AC kept things nice and cool, and the views along the way were absolutely stunning. I really liked the stops we made, especially at the Columbia Icefields - took some amazing pics there. The driver was super nice and professional, making the whole journey even better.

Women's health test purchase
I bought a women's health test not long ago and found a big mistake in the results. It said my testosterone levels were way too high, which made me really worried and stressed out. When I talked to my doctor about it, we figured out that the numbers weren't converted properly, giving me wrong information that could have been really bad for my health. This mistake shouldn't have happened and could have been prevented if they paid more attention and were more accurate. I really don't recommend using this service for any health tests. Be careful!

I just ordered the blue and pink marble nail polish from this company for my holiday, but when I got it, I was really let down. Purchase items keep getting auto-cancelled
So, I thought I hit the jackpot with Gilt - they had awesome stuff at great prices. But man, was I ever mistaken. Every time I tried to place an order, it got automatically cancelled for no good reason. My cards were good, all my info was right, but still, my orders kept getting the boot. I called their customer service so many times, but each time I got a different excuse. It was like they had no idea what was happening. I even tried different payment methods like they suggested, but no luck. And on top of it all, I never even got a heads up about the cancellations. It's like they don't care about keeping their customers in the loop. The whole ordeal was super frustrating, and it made me take my business elsewhere in the end.

Honestly, the customer service at this place is terrible. I contacted them with a basic question about shoe size and all they said was that every brand fits differently. Come on, really? I even sent them the size chart for the specific brand I was asking about, and they still couldn't give me a proper answer. Now I'm stuck with ill-fitting shoes because the manufacturer's size chart is inaccurate, and I'm still waiting for them to sort things out so I can return these shoes. The lack of communication and slow responses are really annoying. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this place.

Item return disappointment
As a customer who had to return an item, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. My daughter bought a jacket that ended up being too big for her, so we decided to send it back. The jacket was totally unworn, she only tried it on once, so it was in perfect condition. We tracked the return and saw that the company received it almost a month ago. But, we still haven't gotten our refund. I've sent three emails but haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating and disappointing to not know what's going on with our money.

So, eh, I got meself some trainers from this one place, and let me tell ya, it was just brutal. I ordered 'em and they took FOREVER to ship 'em out. Like for real, why does it take so long to box up my shoes and send 'em over? And then, when I tried to ask where my shoes were, they didn't even bother to reply to me! How rude is that, eh?! It's like they didn't give a hoot about my poor little feet eagerly waitin' for some fresh kicks. The couch and coffee table I got from there are so amazing, they look really fancy in my living room. The couch is the most comfortable thing ever, I could easily nap on it all day. The coffee table is great for holding my snacks while I'm watching TV. The colors go perfectly with my walls and the quality is top-notch. I feel like a true grown-up with fancy furniture now!
