Online purchase, lost money
That website is a complete scam! I bought something from them and lost $150. It's been months and I still haven't gotten what I ordered or heard anything from customer service. Don't go on that site, save your money!
Playboy merchandise
As someone who's been a fan of the brand for a while now, I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the stuff they've got right now. They've taken that classic Playboy vibe and given it a modern upgrade, making it look real classy and cool instead of cheap. I'm loving those necklaces that remind me of what Hef's girlfriends used to wear back in the early 2000s - they're just so appealing, even though they're not officially from Playboy. And yeah, some of the clothes are a bit on the pricey side, but they've got a cool, new take on old trends. All in all, I'm happy with the selection and the quality of the products.
Christmas order
This company is such a joke. I thought my order would come before Christmas but it hasn't even been shipped yet. I emailed them and they said it would ship in 2-3 days, but no promises on when it'll arrive. When I asked to cancel, they said no and referred me to their policy. What a rip-off! I really should have checked the reviews before ordering. I've already reported them to my bank. Don't waste your time with this company!
Adult entertainment subscription
This company is such a letdown. They say they'll get your order to you quick, but that's just not the case. When I asked about where my order was at, they dodged the question and made up some lame excuses about being too busy with other orders. It's so annoying not knowing when my stuff will actually get shipped. I even wanted to cancel my order, but they wouldn't let me. Now I'm stuck not knowing if or when my order will show up.
Item return disappointment
As a customer who had to return an item, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. My daughter bought a jacket that ended up being too big for her, so we decided to send it back. The jacket was totally unworn, she only tried it on once, so it was in perfect condition. We tracked the return and saw that the company received it almost a month ago. But, we still haven't gotten our refund. I've sent three emails but haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating and disappointing to not know what's going on with our money.
slow to ship, missing items
I ordered some things and it took so long for them to ship. Finally, when it did arrive, one of the items was missing. I tried reaching out but they never responded. This website is definitely a scam, don't buy anything from here!
lingerie set
I ordered a lingerie set back in June, only to be left empty-handed and frustrated. The customer service was practically non-existent, with no response to my inquiries about the status of my order. The pricing seemed enticing at first, but now I realize it was too good to be true. The delivery never came, and to this day, I am left feeling scammed and disappointed.
Variety of items
So, I bought some stuff from this store to add to my collection, but the experience has been kinda disappointing, eh. Been waiting for weeks for my order, then when I contacted customer service, they told me they're behind on orders. It's been over a month and a half now, and I've only got one out of the six items I ordered. Tried hitting them up multiple times but all I get is crickets. If I don't hear back soon, gonna have to escalate things to get my money back, eh.
Delayed shipment and unresponsive customer service
I ordered some stuff a few months back and it was kind of a mess. I waited so long but the items didn't ship on time. After a whole month, only some of the stuff arrived and the rest was nowhere to be seen. And when I tried to contact customer service by email, I didn't hear anything back. So, I had no choice but to open a dispute on PayPal, hoping to get things sorted out. But even a week later, I still haven't heard anything from them, which just makes me even more confused and disappointed.
Lingerie order
I bought some lingerie online two weeks back and I still haven't gotten it. The website said if it doesn't come in 14 days, you can cancel. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times but no one's gotten back to me. I'm so annoyed because the package is stuck in the US and I'm here in Quebec, so it's gonna take forever to get to me.
