I bought some sneakers
So I was checking out reviews online and ended up ordering a pair of sneakers. They showed up super fast and I got emails keeping me updated on their location every step of the way. I would definitely purchase from them again!
Shoes purchase
The shoes I bought were really great. They were high quality and exactly what I wanted. But I got a little worried when I didn't get any confirmation emails after I ordered, like some other people mentioned. I even reached out to customer service, but still didn't hear anything back or get any tracking info. They definitely need to work on improving this so that ordering is easier for customers. Even with that problem, I was happy with what I got and would shop here again.
Adidas trainers, exchanged for a larger size
So, I bought a pair of sneakers from this place not too long ago, but they turned out to be too small. I sent them back for a bigger size, which finally arrived after like, a whole month. But get this - still haven't gotten my money back for the first pair. And get this, there's no phone number to call, so I gotta email them every time. They keep saying they refunded me, but I ain't seen no cash in my bank account. I had to go through my credit card company to sort this mess out.
Raffle entry
What a complete nightmare! I entered a raffle and haven't heard anything back about whether I won or lost. I had to message them on Instagram, and even after giving my order reference and name, I got no response for three days, despite sending more messages. The chatbot on their website is absolutely useless and there's no working phone number to call. I still haven't gotten a refund or any confirmation about my raffle entry.

So I bought these shoes and a jacket from this store, eh? But man, when I got them, they were totally not what I was expecting. The sizing was way off, and the quality was just not up to snuff. I tried to return them, but oh boy, what a hassle. It took forever to get in touch with customer service, and when I finally did, they only gave me some of my money back. I had to keep bugging them about it, but no one seemed to want to own up to their mistakes. It was just so frustrating and disappointing, eh?
ACG tee
Took a bit of a risk despite the reviews being all over the place, but decided to go for it and ordered it really late at night so it would get here the next day. Can you believe it showed up by 2pm? The price was great and the delivery service was on point. Ran into a problem with the size and getting the return label figured out was a bit tricky, but thankfully Stephen helped me out on live chat and got it all sorted out pretty quick. Ended up reordering the right size.
CP Company Jumper Order
So I bought this CP Company sweater from their website not long ago, and honestly, it hasn't been a great experience. I placed my order, got charged, but never got any confirmation email or order number. I tried emailing customer service and got zero response. The online chat was just as unhelpful, which left me feeling like my money went poof. Dealing with a company that has terrible customer service and doesn't even bother to communicate properly with their customers is beyond frustrating. I honestly don't know what to do next.
Order not received
I ordered a bunch of things from this store because they were on sale. But when it was supposed to be delivered, the person delivering it said they left it with my neighbour. Can you believe my neighbour wasn't even there? And they didn't even leave any proof, just a random picture of a house. I think the delivery person either took my stuff or left it outside and someone else took it. I tried reaching out to the store multiple times but they didn't want to help me at all. They just said they trusted the delivery person's word. They even suggested I call the police on my neighbour or take legal action against them. Can you believe that?
Oversized item purchase
So... I recently bought this big ol' thing, but when it showed up at my door, it was way bigger than I thought it would be. And the quality didn't seem all that great, eh? Plus, it came in some cheap clear wrapping even though I paid a pretty penny for it. So, I had to deal with the pain in the butt of sending it back on my dime. And to top it off, they gave me my money back with an e-cheque that took a whole 10 days to process! I was left without my cash for way too long, eh?

I just bought something from this company and it was not a great experience, eh. I ordered 2 things, but didn't get any emails to confirm or an order number. That made me feel all flustered and uncertain about my order, you know?

I was a bit unsure at first because of the bad reviews, but I took a chance and ordered some new trainers. It turned out to be super easy to place my order, and I got a confirmation email right away. It made me feel better about everything.
Waterproof Nike shoe
I would suggest steering clear of this store if you value warranty policies. I bought a pair of Waterproof Nike shoes from them, and after only a few months, they got a rip and water started getting in. When I tried to return them for a refund, they refused and said it was just normal wear and tear. Their warranty policy is not clear, which is not good, and their unwillingness to own up to a clear defect is frustrating. It's obvious that they care more about making money than making customers happy, unlike the manufacturers who have quickly dealt with faulty products in the past.
Shoes
Honestly, the customer service at this place is terrible. I contacted them with a basic question about shoe size and all they said was that every brand fits differently. Come on, really? I even sent them the size chart for the specific brand I was asking about, and they still couldn't give me a proper answer. Now I'm stuck with ill-fitting shoes because the manufacturer's size chart is inaccurate, and I'm still waiting for them to sort things out so I can return these shoes. The lack of communication and slow responses are really annoying. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this place.
Trainers purchase
I just bought some trainers from this store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. I was a bit worried at first because I saw some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it anyways. I ordered on Monday and got them by Wednesday, right on time. The trainers were exactly what I expected and I'm super happy with them. I did see some people saying they didn't get a confirmation email, but mine actually went to my junk folder, so make sure to check there if you're having the same problem. Overall, I had a great experience and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Adidas Oznovas purchase
I just got my new Adidas Oznovas from this store. They were priced at $31, which I found pretty fair, and they arrived quickly through DPD. The shoes came with some bright laces, plus they threw in 5 other sets in various colours as an extra little treat. I was a bit nervous about ordering from this store since it was my first time buying from them, but everything went smoothly. Overall, I had a really good experience.

Wow, can you believe it eh? I've been waiting for almost two months now, and there's still no resolution in sight. It's crazy how a company can just treat their customers like this, you know? And on top of that, the missing items in my order are still nowhere to be found. I'm so frustrated with this whole situation, it's just ridiculous. I thought this was supposed to be a fancy store, but clearly, they couldn't care less about their customers. I got worried, so I contacted customer service for help. They asked me to wait while they looked into it. More days passed with no solution, so I had to send another message. They then told me I'd have to wait another 3-5 business days. After following up multiple times, they finally told me that my package was lost in the warehouse. This whole situation has been really frustrating and disappointing.
Leather and suede Adidas shoes

I recently snagged the last pair of Yeezy 500 sneakers from this store. Placed my order on a Friday night and was stoked to see it shipped out the next Sunday/Monday, even though it was a Bank Holiday in the UK. Didn't really look at the bad reviews before buying, but lucky for me, everything went smoothly. Super quick and efficient process, and I liked getting those email updates about my order. Only downer was the packaging - plastic bag for pricey kicks? Not cool. They gotta step up their game in that department to make the whole shopping experience better.
Excellent prices, no confirmation email but fast delivery
I just bought something from this store recently and was so impressed with the prices. But gotta admit, I was a bit anxious when I didn't get a confirmation email or invoice after placing my order. It made me wonder if everything went through okay. Despite that, my order showed up in just 2 days even though I picked standard delivery. Just a tip for other folks out there - maybe take a screenshot of your purchase just in case you don't get a confirmation email either.
