I had a really bad time with their online order system, customer service, and delivery. My order got late because of their mistake, and it felt like their customer service was not enough people and too busy. It took forever for them to actually help me. But in the end, they did admit their mistake and fixed things fairly.

Bitmarkets is seriously terrible. Their website sucks, they don't even have customer service, and their prices are way too expensive for what you get. I tried investing in crypto with them and it was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to trade.
