Rucksack
I had a really bad time with their online order system, customer service, and delivery. My order got late because of their mistake, and it felt like their customer service was not enough people and too busy. It took forever for them to actually help me. But in the end, they did admit their mistake and fixed things fairly.
Faulty product experience
I had a pretty crappy experience with this product I bought from the company. The customer service was bad - couldn't even chat with a real person on the phone. And when I got the product, it was messed up. I talked to the company about it, but they wouldn't own up to it. They said it was my fault, and I ended up with no fix, money back, or new item. That ain't right. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Durable bags
The bags I bought are really good quality and I think they will last me a long time. However, I ran into a problem when I ordered from overseas. I placed my order at the store and had it sent to Canada. The delivery was fast, but I had to pay a bunch of taxes and import fees through the shipping company. I contacted customer service and they quickly gave me a full refund. Even though there was a issue, I'm happy with the service and would think about ordering from them again.
High-quality gear for rucking
The gear I got for rucking is top-notch quality, and you can see that they really put a lot of thought and effort into designing and making these products. Yeah, the price might be a bit high, but the gear is so durable and functional that it's totally worth the investment. Ever since I got this gear, I've been rucking more often and it's made the experience even better. I like that they're made right here in North America, so you know you're getting good quality and ethical manufacturing. I've told my buddies about these products and they were just as impressed with how well they perform and how long they last. And the "Embrace the suck" sticker was a nice touch, really motivating.
Suicide awareness event gadgets
I bought some gadgets for a suicide awareness event happening on November 11th, eh? But after waiting 4 weeks, I still hadn't got a shipping confirmation, you know. I tried to get in touch with them through email, their website form, and even on Instagram, but they didn't answer until I messaged them on Instagram. They said there was a problem with their stock and promised to send out my order the next week, which was December 11th. It's now December 22nd and I still haven't got any shipping confirmation. This company is just awful and way too expensive, eh!
Bag and Weight
I just bought a bag and a weight from this company. I got the bag, but the weight plate ended up at my neighbor's place and I never got it. I tried contacting FedEx and the company, but no one really seemed to care about fixing the problem. It was annoying that nobody took responsibility or tried to help me get the missing weight. My concerns were just brushed off and ignored, which was really disappointing. I ended up only with a small backpack for the high price I paid, which was not what I was hoping for.
I/O trainers on closeout and Rucker 3.0 with a 30lb weight
I just bought some I/O trainers on sale but had to return them because the shoelace holes were bothering me. The customer service was really helpful and sorted out my return quickly. They were also great at answering my questions before I bought them. The shoes were actually really good quality, just that one problem stopped me from keeping them. I wish I could have kept them though because they were perfect for what I needed.
Backpack too small
The backpack I got was super small, eh? I tried reaching out to them through email and phone, but no answer. I have a feeling they're a Chinese company. Just a heads up, don't waste your money on this, bud.
High-value equipment
I bought something really expensive from this company the other day, eh. They said it would arrive in 5 to 10 days, but it's been 19 days now and my stuff still hasn't shown up. And they're supposed to be shipping it to me for free through USPS. I get that things might be slower because of Covid-19 and maybe USPS isn't the best, but come on, for how much I spent, you'd think they could spring for faster shipping, or at least not make it free.
Backpack gift
My buddy gave me this backpack as a present and it was hella heavy for a 12-year-old like me. I wanted to bring it back, but all I got was store credit. I couldn't find anything I actually wanted, so it was just a waste of time. On top of that, they kept deducting shipping fees. Now they're not even willing to give me my cash back and my credit is gonna expire soon. It's just not right!
Backpack purchase
I recently ordered a new backpack online and I was really excited. But then I noticed I entered the wrong address! I sent an email right away, but they didn't reply until after the backpack had already been shipped! Not cool, man. I was freaking out about the possibility of my backpack getting lost in the mail. They eventually said there was nothing they could do even though it hadn't been delivered yet. Seriously, what's the deal with that?! This was definitely not a good customer service experience. Be cautious with this brand, they don't seem to care about you once they have your money.
