Flight booking
I've had my fair share of issues with this company in the past, but this time around, I must say I had a better experience, eh? Maybe it was because of Covid messing with their operations before, but this time the representative I dealt with was pleasant and seemed pretty knowledgeable about the booking process. I really appreciated her professional attitude and the way she handled my booking, eh.

In-store return issue
Don't even bother trying to make returns in person at this store - I've had the same issues twice already and it's really starting to bug me. It's so annoying to be told they can only give store credit because of technical glitches, especially when it takes forever to fix. After dealing with this mess twice, I'll definitely think twice about shopping here again.
