I recently tried to book a flight with this company, filled out all the details, and paid with my credit card. Unfortunately, the payment didn't go through. I spent almost 2 hours on their online chat trying to get help from their customer service. But, the people there just gave me info that I could find on their website, no real solution to my problem. Now, I'm worried about being charged for a transaction that didn't go through even though I already okayed the payment. My whole experience with this company has been so frustrating and a big waste of time. I don't think I can trust their services.

I just booked a ticket on this travel website, eh, and ran into a problem with getting charged for a carry-on bag instead of a checked one, eh. I found that buying stuff was super easy, real quick too. But then I had some questions and I just couldn't figure out the answers. Hotel booking issue
I had a big problem with my recent hotel booking on the platform. I asked for help but didn't get a quick response. So, I had to leave that hotel and pay more for another place to stay. They said they would give me a refund by email, but I haven't received it yet. I have pictures from the hotel to prove what happened. I really need this sorted out as soon as possible.
Flight booking
I phoned to book my flight thinking it would be a good idea since I have miles rewards, but it ended up costing $87.99 more than booking online. I was pretty bummed to hear the price was higher on the phone. Luckily, I still snagged the flight for the online price of $308.00. I decided not to use my One Travel Credit since I didn't see any perks with my miles rewards. It was a bit disappointing not being able to make use of my rewards.
Istanbul flight tickets
My recent experience buying flight tickets to Istanbul from this travel agency was really disappointing. After I booked and paid for the tickets, I had problems getting the actual ticket. The customer service was not helpful or professional at all, which really stressed me out during my trip. In the end, I had to cancel the ticket and buy new ones from a different travel agency. I wouldn't suggest using this service if you want an easy and stress-free experience. Plus, my hotel charged me an extra €423 for the long-distance call I had to make to sort out the problem with the travel agency.

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this sketchy site - it's run by a bunch of scammers who fake positive reviews to reel people in.

Travel ticket purchase
I recently used my travel card to buy tickets for my husband and me. But, only my ticket was processed successfully and his ticket didn't go through. I'm not sure what caused this, but it was really frustrating and inconvenient. I had to spend extra time sorting out the problem and making sure my husband could still join me on the trip.
