Ticket purchase
I just booked a ticket on this travel website, eh, and ran into a problem with getting charged for a carry-on bag instead of a checked one, eh. I tried to contact customer service about it, but no luck getting a refund, eh. Pretty disappointed and frustrated about the mix-up between the website and the airline, eh. Not sure if I want to use this booking service again, eh.

Jacket, shirts, socks, and pants
I've recently bought a bunch of stuff from this company - a jacket, some shirts, socks, and a couple pairs of pants that I'm still waiting on the right size for. What's really stood out to me is the awesome quality of everything I got. They feel and look like they'll last a good long while, which is exactly what I want when I'm adding to my wardrobe.
On top of the great products, I really appreciate how upfront and sustainable the company is. I love that they give me options for reusable packaging and make it easy for me to return items in a way that suits me. It's a big plus for me that they're making an effort to be different from other companies out there.
Sure, the return process might not be lightning fast like with other companies, but I get that it's probably a way for them to be more sustainable. And that's something that aligns perfectly with my values as a conscious consumer. I feel good about shopping here and will definitely keep coming back, especially when I'm looking for new stuff that I can't find second-hand.
