Oversized dresses
I really liked the cool and colorful clothes at that store, but the two dresses I got ended up being too big for me. I had to send them back and somehow they got lost in the mail. Luckily, working with Leticia Lopes to find my return was super easy. She was so nice, friendly, and quick to respond. Fantastic customer service!

My mom ordered this fancy whisky for Christmas, but it didn't arrive on time! So, we ended up just having the usual boring stuff to drink on Christmas. And get this - the booklet about the whiskies was missing from the package! Can you believe that? What a letdown.

Tickets for a concert
I bought tickets for a concert using this platform, eh, and I gotta say, I was super let down with the service I got. The tickets didn't come on time because of some issue on the seller's end, and to top it off, the deadline for sending them was changed to the same day and time as the concert. I had no other choices and no assurance that I'd actually get the tickets in time for the show. All in all, it was a real headache that I wouldn't suggest to anyone.
