Booked last-minute because I was moving and my back was killing me, needed a quick flight. Price jumped at payment — annoying — but customer service fixed it pretty fast and e-ticket arrived right away.

I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade and the modern design at the place. The staff was super helpful, especially in showing me how to use the washing machine and fixing a problem I had. The location was awesome, being close to the river for a nice jog and a view of Macao. The taxi ride to Gongbei didn't break the bank, only around 12rmp. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and I just wanna send a big thank you to everyone who made it happen.

Trip.com has been super helpful with all my flight and hotel bookings. The virtual assistant feature is great because it reminds me about my upcoming flights and stays, keeping me organized. And during the COVID-19 pandemic, Trip.com really came through by getting me a refund for a canceled flight instead of just giving me a voucher, which I really appreciated.

Simple to navigate, great prices, and booking was a breeze. I booked a car transfer from the airport that was more affordable than a taxi, and when I arrived, they knew my name. The car was clean and roomy, and the driver even offered water. Such great value and service overall!

Wow, getting tickets was so easy! I just scanned the QR code at the ferry entrance. But watch out for those scammers at Battery Park, just ignore them and look for the signs to get to the Statue of Liberty.
