Trip to Zhuhai
My partner and I had a fantastic three-night stay at a wonderful hotel in Zhuhai. We were treated like kings and queens right from the start, with our room overlooking the sea being tidy, roomy, and cozy. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering us assistance with travel tips and suggesting great restaurants. Taking a dip in the pool was a nice way to relax after our busy days exploring the city. We really appreciated the complimentary meals and drinks, it added to our enjoyment of the stay. Overall, it was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel in Zhuhai.

Ticket purchase for Los Angeles trip
I got a ticket to Los Angeles from this online travel agent, and it took longer than usual for me to get it. Normally, I would get my ticket right away after I paid, but this time it took about 5 days. I was a bit worried, but the customer service team at Trip.com told me not to worry and to be patient while waiting for it to come from the airline. Hotel booking
I gotta say, I was totally blown away by all the different hotels I found on that platform for my trip. And the prices were pretty reasonable too. Booking was a breeze, got my confirmation right away. I've used this service a few times now and they haven't let me down yet. Checking in at the hotel was quick and easy, which just made the whole experience even better. I'm definitely gonna keep using this platform for my future trips.
Quiet hotel during Ramadan, limited towels at the swimming pool, average breakfast variety
Eh, so, I was at this hotel during Ramadan, eh. Gotta say, it was pretty peaceful and quiet, you know? One cool thing was we pretty much had the whole swimming pool to ourselves, not many other guests using it. But, I gotta tell ya, the pool guy only wanted to give us one towel per room. Seemed a bit weird and strict, eh? We needed more towels for our group, but after a bit of back and forth, we finally got them. It was a bit of a pain though, unnecessary, you know?
Flight booking price increase
I booked a flight from Singapore to Tiruchirappalli on this platform not too long ago. The original price I saw was S$150, but as I got closer to confirming everything, the price jumped up to S$210. I was really bummed out by that unexpected increase right at the end. Still, I went ahead and booked the flight anyways. Hopefully, this platform can figure out a way to prevent these surprising price hikes during booking so that customers like me don't get caught off guard in the future.

Flight booking issue
The booking process went pretty smoothly and all, but then things got messy when I tried to find my booking info with the airline. Pegasus Airlines sent a verification code to either email or phone, but neither was mine. So, I never got the code and now I can't see my booking online. I'm kinda stuck and not sure how I can get help with this. Hopefully, this gets sorted out soon.

I've booked my trips at least three times with this service and every time has been great. Buying tickets, reserving hotels, and making changes was all easy peasy. Ticket purchase for Universal Studios
I just booked tickets for Universal Studios Hollywood on this site and let me tell ya, it was a total game-changer! The tickets were all sold out online, but Trip came in clutch and saved me $60. When we got to the park, we could even upgrade to an express pass. The service was absolutely amazing!
Credit card promotion discount ease of use
The credit card promo for discounts was kinda hard to use with all the conditions. It'd be better if they made it easier for us. I noticed that Booking.com and Agoda are much simpler to use for booking online. Also, the prices on Trip.com were all over the place, some cheaper than others, which can be confusing for us customers.
Senior rail card and train ticket purchase
I was able to snag a great deal on my senior rail card and train ticket, plus some extra discounts. This app is like a mix of all the top discount apps. It even looks for split tickets to find you the cheapest route. I'm really enjoying it at the moment.
Flight booking
Whoa, that site for finding flights was awesome! They had tons of options to choose from. It was really easy to find a great deal on a flight. I'm looking forward to using this site again for my next trip. Thanks a lot!
Flight upgrade due to delay
The flight upgrade I had to pay for due to a more than 7-hour delay was frustrating, eh? I get that the delay was because of the weather, but getting emails every hour about it was annoying. If I'd known about it from the start, I would've rather stayed home than spend all that time waiting at the airport. Even though it was a hassle, being able to upgrade to business class made it a bit easier to handle, especially since it was a long flight on a big plane.
