PriceWorth it overall, saved cash but booking felt clunky for commute

PriceBooked last-minute because I was moving and my back was killing me, needed a quick flight. Price jumped at payment — annoying — but customer service fixed it pretty fast and e-ticket arrived right away.
Flight booking price increase
Flight booking price increase
PriceI booked a flight from Singapore to Tiruchirappalli on this platform not too long ago. The original price I saw was S$150, but as I got closer to confirming everything, the price jumped up to S$210. I was really bummed out by that unexpected increase right at the end. Still, I went ahead and booked the flight anyways. Hopefully, this platform can figure out a way to prevent these surprising price hikes during booking so that customers like me don't get caught off guard in the future.
Credit card promotion discount ease of use
Credit card promotion discount ease of use
PriceThe credit card promo for discounts was kinda hard to use with all the conditions. It'd be better if they made it easier for us. I noticed that Booking.com and Agoda are much simpler to use for booking online. Also, the prices on Trip.com were all over the place, some cheaper than others, which can be confusing for us customers.
