ChangesThe flight upgrade I had to pay for due to a more than 7-hour delay was frustrating, eh? I get that the delay was because of the weather, but getting emails every hour about it was annoying. If I'd known about it from the start, I would've rather stayed home than spend all that time waiting at the airport. Even though it was a hassle, being able to upgrade to business class made it a bit easier to handle, especially since it was a long flight on a big plane.
