CancellationTrip.com has been super helpful with all my flight and hotel bookings. The virtual assistant feature is great because it reminds me about my upcoming flights and stays, keeping me organized. And during the COVID-19 pandemic, Trip.com really came through by getting me a refund for a canceled flight instead of just giving me a voucher, which I really appreciated.

CancellationI had a problem with my flight ticket, it wasn't issued and it caused a ton of stress and frustration. After quite a few back and forths with customer service, Julie was finally able to help us out and give us a full refund back into our bank accounts. It was such a relief to not end up losing any money in the end.
