Trip.com - Reviews and experiences

Had to book a trip to the UK last minute and stumbled upon Trip.com on Google. Grabbed a great deal with 3 return flight choices at a good price. Got my booking confirmation email right away, then the itinerary and e-tickets for online check-in and boarding passes. Overall, a super easy experience that I would totally do again.

The booking process went pretty smoothly and all, but then things got messy when I tried to find my booking info with the airline. Pegasus Airlines sent a verification code to either email or phone, but neither was mine. So, I never got the code and now I can't see my booking online. I'm kinda stuck and not sure how I can get help with this. Hopefully, this gets sorted out soon.
