We were treated like kings and queens right from the start, with our room overlooking the sea being tidy, roomy, and cozy. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering us assistance with travel tips and suggesting great restaurants. Taking a dip in the pool was a nice way to relax after our busy days exploring the city. We really appreciated the complimentary meals and drinks, it added to our enjoyment of the stay. Overall, it was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel in Zhuhai.

The flight upgrade I had to pay for due to a more than 7-hour delay was frustrating, eh? I get that the delay was because of the weather, but getting emails every hour about it was annoying. If I'd known about it from the start, I would've rather stayed home than spend all that time waiting at the airport. Even though it was a hassle, being able to upgrade to business class made it a bit easier to handle, especially since it was a long flight on a big plane.

I've booked my trips at least three times with this service and every time has been great. Buying tickets, reserving hotels, and making changes was all easy peasy. And the reward program is a sweet little bonus that I'm pretty happy about. I definitely suggest using this service for all your travel needs.

The booking process went pretty smoothly and all, but then things got messy when I tried to find my booking info with the airline. Pegasus Airlines sent a verification code to either email or phone, but neither was mine. So, I never got the code and now I can't see my booking online. I'm kinda stuck and not sure how I can get help with this. Hopefully, this gets sorted out soon.
