Clothing purchase - Overpriced and poor quality
I recently shopped at this store and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality of the clothes and the service. The prices are way too high for what you get. The clothes started falling apart after just a few washes, which shouldn't happen considering how much they cost. When I tried to exchange the item, the manager blamed me for not taking care of it properly, even though I followed the instructions. It made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. The way they treat customers is just terrible. I tried calling customer service for help, but the wait times were so long and the responses were not helpful at all. Overall, my experience at this store was frustrating and disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

Misleading products, poor communication
This company is just ridiculous, eh. I ordered some stuff that they said they had, but turns out they were sold out, eh. They straight up cancelled my order without even giving me a heads up. And then they ignored my emails asking why, like come on. It took forever for them to give me my money back, too. Like, seriously, how do they even stay in business acting so shady and unprofessional, eh? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them at all costs.

Fishing game purchase for Christmas
The fishing game we bought for our daughter at Christmas was kind of disappointing. The actual product looked nothing like the picture and ad. The string was too short, even our two-year-old couldn't play comfortably with it, even though the kids in the ad looked much older. Also, the spinning wheel had an extra number that wasn't advertised, so they must have changed the design without updating their ads. We didn't get what we expected, and it wasn't for the better. I tried emailing them to talk about these issues, but got no response, which really sucked. The fact that they don't communicate well or listen to customer feedback is a big problem for this brand.

Urgent trip to UK
Had to book a trip to the UK last minute and stumbled upon Trip.com on Google. Grabbed a great deal with 3 return flight choices at a good price. Got my booking confirmation email right away, then the itinerary and e-tickets for online check-in and boarding passes. Overall, a super easy experience that I would totally do again.
