Black blazer and white blouse
I went to the store to find a black blazer and white blouse for a business meeting, and right away I was greeted by a salesperson named Preeti. She was super helpful and knew her stuff about the products in the store. Preeti really listened to what I needed and liked, and she ended up helping me pick out the perfect outfit for my event. I was really impressed by how professional she was and how great she was at customer service. The store had a ton of trendy and stylish clothes to choose from, so it was easy to find what I needed. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience thanks to Preeti and the store's awesome inventory.
Blazers
I just bought some blazers at the store in Kingsway mall, Edmonton, and let me tell you, the service was absolutely amazing. The manager there was a total gem - always super friendly, helpful, and ready to lend a hand. The rest of the team were also fantastic, which made my shopping trip a total breeze. I would definitely suggest checking out this store if you're in need of some stylish clothes and top-notch customer service.
Workwear pants
I recently bought a pair of work pants from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with the quality and fit. The material is tough and comfy, perfect for those long shifts. Plus, the design is super sleek and stylish. The staff there were really helpful and nice, helping me find just the right size and style. All in all, it was a great shopping trip and I'd totally suggest this store to others.
My hoodie
I went to the store and picked up this really nice hoodie from the friendly lady who was working there. She helped me find the perfect size and color, and she was so nice about it. She made sure I was happy with my choice before I left.
Black and Grey Dress Pants
I am so disappointed with the crummy quality of the dress pants I bought. They started fading and turning pink real fast, making them impossible to wear. I reached out to customer service, sent photos, but all I got was excuses about their 60-day quality guarantee. It's really disappointing how they refuse to take responsibility. And the fact that they never followed up or communicated properly is just not cool. I would suggest anyone thinking about buying from here to really think twice before throwing away their money on low-quality stuff and unhelpful service.
My shirt order
I ordered this really cute puffy sleeved shirt online, hey? I was so excited to wear it because it's super trendy and stylish, eh? But then, I never got it! It was delivered on a weekday and someone swiped my package! So rude, eh? I called customer service and they were all like, "Oh, just wait a week to see if it shows up." But before the week was even over, they closed my case saying it was resolved because I didn't contact them. Like, hello? I was waiting for my shirt, eh?
Clothing purchase - Overpriced and poor quality
I recently shopped at this store and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality of the clothes and the service. The prices are way too high for what you get. The clothes started falling apart after just a few washes, which shouldn't happen considering how much they cost. When I tried to exchange the item, the manager blamed me for not taking care of it properly, even though I followed the instructions. It made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. The way they treat customers is just terrible. I tried calling customer service for help, but the wait times were so long and the responses were not helpful at all. Overall, my experience at this store was frustrating and disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend shopping there.
Jacket purchase
I bought this really awesome jacket, and then the next day it went on sale! So I sent an email to customer service, but they never even bothered to reply. I mean, seriously? I just want my money back! There are definitely better places to shop for clothes, I'm never shopping here again.
Latest Order
My recent order has been a total nightmare, eh? I put in my order over two weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up, eh? I tried contacting customer service, but they were completely useless. All they told me was to wait, like, give me a break, ya know? I tried emailing, live chatting, Facebooking, and Instagramming them, but still couldn't get a straight answer, eh? It's like they were dodging me on purpose, not cool, eh? The way this company lacks communication and responsibility is just not right, eh?
Bad sizes and bad quality
The sizes are all over the map and the clothes feel cheap and gross. I ordered, like, way too many things and I had to send them all back 'cause they just weren't right.
Online order lost, long wait for refund
I had a super frustrating thing happen with my online order not too long ago. Basically, my package got lost somewhere between it being shipped and delivered. I had to wait forever to file a claim with the post office- like, 10 business days kind of forever. And even after that, I had to wait another 10 business days for a refund, which I still haven't seen. It's made me really hesitant about ordering stuff online now, especially from that store I used to love shopping at for guy stuff for my boyfriend.
Overpriced purchase
I recently bought some stuff that cost way too much and boy, was I let down! The quality was terrible and don't even get me started on their lack of customer service. My order never showed up and despite reaching out a bunch of times, they've totally ghosted me. It's just not right to spend that kind of money and get treated like that. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
Online shopping experience
My recent online shopping experience was just awful. I messed up my shipping address, so I contacted customer service right away for a fix. But boy, oh boy, those reps I talked to were no help at all. All they did was tell me to wait for the tracking number and change my delivery preference, but that didn't fix anything. So now, I'm missing half of what I ordered and still haven't gotten a refund. I kept asking to chat with a manager, but all I got was more unhelpful email replies. Gosh, the whole customer service ordeal was beyond frustrating. I felt totally ignored and like my problem didn't even matter.
Promotional offer not working
Oh my goodness, this store seriously has the absolute worst customer service ever! I ordered something online and there was a promo code that didn't even work. I emailed them about it, but it's been almost a month and they still haven't fixed it. I even reached out to them through chat, and get this - they took a whole 2 weeks just to ask for the same information I already provided in my email. So frustrating!
Expensive Coat
I bought this super pricey coat online not too long ago, but when it arrived, it was missing this accessory that was totally supposed to be included based on the product description. So, I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on. They told me to buy another coat to see if the accessory would be there this time. I went ahead and did what they said, but once again, the accessory was nowhere to be found. I sent the coat back over 3 weeks ago, but still haven't gotten my refund, even though they confirmed they got the package. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare, with no one really giving me the help I need and their attitude kind of seems like they don't really care.
