Online order lost, long wait for refund
I had a super frustrating thing happen with my online order not too long ago. Basically, my package got lost somewhere between it being shipped and delivered. I had to wait forever to file a claim with the post office- like, 10 business days kind of forever. And even after that, I had to wait another 10 business days for a refund, which I still haven't seen. It's made me really hesitant about ordering stuff online now, especially from that store I used to love shopping at for guy stuff for my boyfriend.

Quick reservation - overcharged
I booked a parking spot at the airport, got there on time, and left when I was supposed to. But they still charged me an extra $5 for parking. And on top of that, when I tried to talk to someone about it, there was nobody around because it was late at night.
