I’ve tried to be patient, assuming rapid growth and stretched staff, and I apologised in one ticket if our messages sounded terse — didn’t help, the follow-up just stopped. What’s striking is the change: same company, different response model. When support was hands-on they’d have scored a solid five from us; now it’s closer to the sort of service where you’re left wondering if your ticket was read. I do appreciate their original responsiveness and feel bad that the tone of our complaints may have come across harsh — that wasn’t the aim — but silence makes the whole experience worse.
